Raw reality

I have a family business and that influenced me into opting for my course i.e. pharmacy, in 1st sem so don't really know if it prepares you for the real world or not, the amount of classes should get reduced by 2-3, exams happen almost every month which is very hectic to manage if you are playing a sport

I don't know the stipend of the companies but Bharat Biotech has also come here for placements along with Cipla, mankind etc. We get projects from our teachers to do like assignments and the outcome of completion is we get marks for our final

I think from the 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements, there are many big companies that come for placements but right now I only know Cipla, average package is 3.8L, really don't know about the percentage of placements, my plan after getting a degree is not known by me only

My fee structure is mainly semester wise and tution fee is around 186000, hostel fees is not included in this I didn't get any scholarship so I can't tell about that. Hostel fees mainly is 72000 and there were no other compulsory charges

1st event is Moksha and that basically includes celebrities coming to the college, 2nd event is Manchtantra in which faculty along with students participate, it is very easy to access books and journals and the range is huge, technology in class is better than most colleges, sports is neglected by the faculty very much

We get a bed with a mattress and a table, all the rooms are 2 sharing making it very convenient, the quality of meals is decent and the menu is repeated, the registration process was very easy and guided by the the staff

I don't really remember the colleges I applied for from whom I got confirmed admission forms, I chose this college over the NIRF ranking and it is also close to my hometown. I got many rejections from colleges I applied for the main reason was my 12th percentage that was not 70% I personally had an online interview about my 12th subjects testing my knowledge and after then I was in the waiting list

Faculty members of pharmacy department are really good, easily accessible when needed, the student teacher relationship is quite good compared to other colleges. The only person I think was wrong once was the HOD of my department, when a boy called him to ask is there a class or not as he was 20 mins late to a 50 mins class, after entering the class he exploded on the student that not to call him or message him, if students want to meet him write a letter

The campus gets off at 5:30 and after that only all the clubs are active depending on which club you have choosen you go to that place and carry out your activity, gym starts at 5 in the morning and goes till 9 in the night, library is open 24×7 and cafeteria is also open till 8:30, the timings for hostel are 5:30-9:00 and same with the campus
