Likes
- The environment is so nice here and chill. After coming here after facing a competition examination, the person faces lots of exposure while there is societies in which they can grow as per their interest.
- College have society is of almost all the interest a person who have interest and those who wants to grow this is the best thing I think in the college as a person who wants to grow.
Dislikes
- Boys and girls ratio is very poor. Girls numbers are very lest despite of girls quota
- Students intake is something which i don't dislike as there are lots of students in single branch specially tech.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very nice and while talking about the frequency of the classes usually classes taken about 3 to 15 hours per week which is quite normal in colleges and very less as compared to other colleges and their lots of things which can be improved in the colleges also such as result declaration time as it you it usually text lots of time while declaring the results of the semesters
Internships Opportunities
There are lots of internship opportunities present in the college who are coming and hire interns. The companies include almost all the top compaies, such as apple, google, Microsoft and but you need a decent cgpa for this. The role usually given are basic ones.
Placement Experience
The placement of the civil engineering department is quite decent if you talk about the average package in the average package is around 9.8 lakh per annum and the top recruiters are DMRC and Aditya Birla group and many more and most of the internship opportunities are provided by the DMRC and highest packages around 27 lacs and the percentage of students were getting place is around 65% to 70%.This is decent in view of the core branches.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee is approx 15 lacs but there are lots of a scholarship which are given to the students who belongs to economical weaker sections. The total fees is approx 11.2 lakhs and while hostel is 86400 per year including hostel and mess and medical chages. Annual fee is approx 2.5 lakhs per year which varies year by year. No other extra is taken except this. There are lots of scholarship given to student accrording to financial conditions. A person whose family income is less 1 lakhs then total fees is relaxed. There arw lots of scholarship provided by colleges such as NSP.
Campus Life
They are lots of clubs and societies which are present in the calls and their almost active while it depends upon in on your interest in which field you wants to grow the lots of opportunities and exposure in this and talking about the sports and extra curricular activities it's have almost all the facilities and the training coaches who trains you for this and there is lots of sports facility such as all the grounds of all the sports are present there.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities white normal for the first a student as the facility which are provided by the hostels are not that much good but after 1st year the 2nd year 3rd year and 4th year students Get Enough facilities and the and the condition of the hostels have very nice there are hostel such as APJ hostel which is recently made and have well and good and structure while talking about a girls also girls hostels which are very nice and nice foods are also quite decen
Admission
Since I done my schooling from Delhi and because of this this college was the best option for me as per my rank and that all was also interest which lies in this that's why I choose this college and there before hand Legacy of this college which is very famous that's why I choose this college and I get this college through jacDelhi counselling which usually takes place after JEE advanced result
Faculty
The course is well designed. The exams are always taken at the right time without delay and in this the credit goes to the management of DTU the teachers and professor are very good and well experienced and have very big past experiences the curriculum is also designed very nicely in the view of the demand of the recent changes in the industry
Night Life
The night life is also very good but since there is a culture of day scholar in the college so most of the people belongs to the day scholar category and while few are hostels so there is a mixed criteria in the night life. The timings of girls is restricted and while of boys there is almost all the freedom. You can go in out the volleges with valid id card. There are lots of hangout places present such deltech cafe, hims, kitkat, raj soin, dosa plaza, amul lane.
