GEU is amazing university!

From meteorology to aircraft navigation systems our course has practical skills to teach us. Our course teaches us aircraft maintenance and other stuffs so there are a lot of things that our course teaches us. So, in a single course we get plenty and plenty of options. Thus, our curriculum teaches us things for which q lot of workforce will be required.

HAL, Ziegler Aerospace, Airbus India, and HAL are some of the big names who offers us intenrships and since this December will be my first intenrships so can't tell about the experience before hand but stipend offered is awesome as it is 25000 a month.

HAL, Interglobe Aviation, and DRDO and others have made understanding with our university to take our students for giving us practical exposure. Now these are the same companies where our services will be hired and therefore as per placement standards packages of 50-60 thousand a month is what we will be paid.

GEU is a known entity not just in Ddn or Uttarakhand but in whole country. Even a lot of African Nationals come and study here as we student exchange program as well. The fees at GEU is little high as for BSc pir subject it's 2.75 lakhs a year and NRI Students fees is around 4.5 lakhs a year for the same.

Amazing campus and each departmental buildings are amazing. Sadly we don't have our own building and engineering building is where our classes are held. In the same building we have recreation room and for sports we havea common ground for that. There are many students run groups and aviation society has also been established now.

I came and attended the counseling session and then we had counsellor saying benefits and career prospects of our course. It made me thrilled and made sure that I take this course as there are a lot career pathways with that.

All the scientific principles of aviation safety, aircraft operations and all is where our faculties have served in past. So apart from the bookish knowledge they also share their work experience and other things with us. So that makes studying under them or rather with them absolutely fantastic experience.

There are nearby places but i believe in exploring and Dehradun has a lot of places like the Sahastra Dhara, Maldevta and even Mussorie is also not that far. So, every weekend we plan something or the other and thus life beyond college is also amazing.
