College is fully controlled by government and is fully seen by best professors of the country. All students are provided best education with a very low fees. The faculty helps the students to reach at their goals as much as they can. After all it is the best place to study in the beautiful valleys of almora.

The syllabus and course is designed by kumaun university and which is monitored by ugc and is graded A by government to the ssj campus almora. BSc is divided in 6 semester with 3 subjects in each semester and every subject have 3 exams in each semester. It means 9 exams in each semester. Apart from that exams have 3 parts, internal exam, external exams and practical exam. We have to pass all the three parts separately to pass the semester. After BSc they don't provide any campus. But they provide the career counselling and required coaching with stipend for the more higher education. But if you do some job oriented course like BCA or MCA than you might get the campus placement.

My college also celebrate many fest like ganesh pooja,durga pooja and may other program related with green environment and clean india mission and many other program related with sports and co curricular activities

This is a government college and university so fees is really low. One can do BSc in Rs 6000-10000. And the other courses are also very cost effective. The fully fees structure is available in kumaun university website.

Their are so many scholarships offered by the college and government. Like.: 1. Inspired scholarship to students scoring 90% or more. 2. Scholarship to girl student with higher marks 3. Scholarship for reservation categories and minorities 4. Scholarship by NCC and NSS 5. Scholarship for economically backward students Despite of these scholarships there is cut in fees provided to economically lower category students. As the fees of every course is very low and university is government, students can loan from any bank without any security deposits.

There is a different department for every subject and each department its own labs and classes. There are hundreds of departments in ssj campus almora which are placed in a vast area. College have its own ground for many sports activities.

Yes I opted for hostel. It is a government hostel with all the facilities required for students. The one year hostel fees is Rs.6000. The only problem is students have to arrange their own food in boys hostel. In girls hostel food facility is available. Other than that hostel is awesome.

Most of the senior students are placed in some of the highest paid jobs throughout the country. Although there is no fixed programs for previous senior students but they can help if you approach them personally.

After filling the admission form we have to wait for the merit list. Once the merit list is declared we have to go through document verification. After the we have to submit admission fees. And finally we have to done some formalities related to books and library. That's all

Faculty of college is highly qualified and experienced. To get into that college as a faculty is a very tough job as the candidate have to go through many procedures and exams to get selected as a faculty.
