GEU is a dream University!

Machine learning or making objects that can fly is the core of our subjects and we learn that. Course is vast and yet just 2 days classes and sometimes 3 days so I think instead of long 2-3 days in a week, it should be 2-3 lectures daily to get a more feel.lf campus life. Our course though is designed with partnership from DRDO and HAL so, nothing is wrong or can go wrong.

This year after the semester ends students have been selected for 3 months intenrships with DRDO, HAL and ISRO. So bulk of the students will be sending and stipend so far is not mentioned but we will be going for sure.

Only the companies that deals in aviation and especially in building defense aviation are the ones where we will be placed. Since, HAL, DRDO and others are ones who have partnered with us, so probably those are the companies where we will be placed.

GEU is top ranked private university of Dehradun and the only university that offers BSc (Aeronautics). Fees is not affordable for all as it's a special course and a special or hefty fees which is 1.23 lakhs per semester has to be paid to study our course. So, for fees affordability it's a no but otherwise a big yes.

Sports facilities we have indoor sports room or the recreation rooms both for boys and girls. We also have facilities for clean water and restrooms of top quality not just in buildings but off it too. Campus has garden and also a nice multi purpose football ground. Though it's mostly used for the same but events and meetings and gatherings also happens on that particular ground.

At GEU, and specifically for our course there are no hiccups or issues as we gets admission directly. Also, on the basis of our PCM as those subjects are mandatory to enroll in our course. So, I had over 80 in PCM and therefore the university gave me an upfront 10% scholarship. So, scholarships are decided at the time of the admission as there are many to avail from.

University sets the papers since ours is a deemed university. So, our faculties because they sets the papers, we have to keep good with them and pay heed to their teaching. So all professors that we have are great and i wish greatness of theirs makes us great too in future. There are a lot of professors and I don't want to be rude naming one as my favourite.

Our university only draw back is there's just one canteena and that too is overpriced. So, for hangouts Buddha Temple is where we go and there a lot of Tibetan restaurant and window shopping places and that's our most evenings rituals.
