Remarks

One of the best college to study. College is fully under the governance of IHRD government, no illegal or foul plays will happen here. Fees structure is really feasible for every category people. All extra curricular activities will support by college. Teaching staffs are also friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Course curriculum was based on Cochin University of Science And Technology(CUSAT). Combined exam of Semester 1&2 in first year. From second year onwards exams are conducted in every semester. Each semester had two internal exams too. Main project is on last year. Right now the curriculum of college changed. Syllabus and exams are under the governance of Kalam Technical University(KTU).

Placement Experience

3.5

Internship is not available in this college. Some IT companies like Cognizant, TCS, Accenture etc will come for placement drives. If you are under the cutoff criteria of companies, you can attend the selection process (written test, group discussion and interview).

College Events

4

Onam- Kerala's biggest celebration of unity and prosperity. It is celebrated by everyone in Kerala. College Day- College Annual Day is also a big celebration. Technical Festival- 2-3days of Technical Festival includes Short film festivals, Technical Show, Workshops, Games like blind coding, hackathon etc. Also celebrate religious celebration like Christmas, Holly, Pooja etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

3 Free structure available in this college. Government seats, Management seats, NRI seats. Government quota seats are cheaper but you had good marks in +2 and reasonable rank in ranklist to get these seats.

Fees and Financial Aid

Had only some government scholarships, most of them are for backward communities. I am not much aware of any other scholarships available in this college. If you are in general category of government records, don't expect much from this area.

Campus Life

4

College support extra curricular activities like sports, attending techfests and workshops far or near from college. If you atleast got a participation certificate from any of the extracurricular activities, the college will support you with free attendance of that days. College had a good area for playground.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Seperate Hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. Rate of hostels are reasonable. Kerala style food are available including Veg and nonVeg(3 times in a week). Security, CCTV, continuous water supply, Warden etc are also available.

Alumni/Alumna

College had a strong Alumini network. It is under the guidance of one of the senior professor of this college. At regular intervals of time Alumini meetings will conduct. In Alumini meetings discussion, analysis of college will done.

Admission

I wrote the admission test of kerala entrance exam. I got better position in ranklist. So it made easy to get this college through centralized allotment system of Kerala government. Then I go to college with confirmation paper and got admission.

Faculty

4

Really dedicated and experienced professors. For some subjects Guest lecturers will take classes. Most of lecturer will provide notes and study materials for easy understanding and learning of students.

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.
