GEU will define Aeronautics in time to come!

Making something significant has always been a dream and aeronautics is one of them. Space object to any flying object or ho to survive in space is all there in our course. Aerodynamics and everything probably which has to be there is there and plus we have tie-ups with HAL so their commands are also followed in our course.

HAL Tumhari plant which is HAL's helicopter manufacturing unit is where we all will be going after this semester. So it is going to be a memorable internships and what good is we all will be paid a stipend of 20k too.

We are in second year and currently we don't have any placements idea as we are the first set of students who will be placed from our college. However, I think the companies with which we have tie-ups like the BEL ane HAL will be the ones who will also hire us.

Graphic Era University is expensive and thus the course fees for even a BSc Course is 2.75 lakhs. However it is Aeronautics and it is an expensive course given the kind of exposure and opportunities that are provided to us.

Graphic Era University has quite a lot of greenery which is Dehradun's sign as well. Buildings are modern and classrooms of each building has ACs and tech enabled smart classrooms. From smart boards to projectors we have it all in our classrooms and our auditorium have the best sound system and cameras installed.

UIAT is where I have enrolled and we are allowed to continue with simultaneous course. So, i am doing both as I wanted to master avaitaion and aerospace technology. Admission in GEU are like 12th marks were considered as one has to have maths and physics in their 12th and that was enough. If somebody like me who had 80 or more percentage were even offered scholarship.

The best ratio among faculties and students if one can find that is possible only at our university. It's 1:2 because just 30 students and there are 16 faculties in our department. Exams set by them are highly difficult as they don't just ask what they have taught in class but beyond that too. So, on their toughness sometimes one call them harsh but otherwise they are very easy going characters.

I don't stay in hostels luckily as otherwise for girls hostels timings are 7 pm and if late straightaway warning and parents are called for the same. So, to enjoy night life there are a lot of paying guests in the area and students can stay in those and explore excellent cafes like the Hobbit Hungy and Rawal's Momos.
