MSc Physics (Computational physics) is only available in this university in whole India or for this course you have to move to abroad. This is skill based course along with physics you have progamming language like python and fortran and different scientific softwere which opens lots of apportunity for students.

It is research based university which manily focus on research so placements is not that empresive mainly students goes for higher studies after completing. Some department like computer science and pharma department give placement of average pakage 4 LPA. Probably I will go for higher studies.

Fees of Central university of Punjab for MSc Physics (Computational Physics) is diffrent for all semester .Fees of 1st sem is 18975rs, 2nd sem is 10,325 3rd sem is fees is 13425 rs and 4th sem is 10325. Fees of course increasing steadly. Only central level scholarship is available.

Campus life really good not many restrictions, Campus is clean and well maintained also nature friendly. All the festival are celebarted in campus. All sports facilities are availabel including sports grounds, and other facilities like library , clubs also availabel.

Hostels are decent . There are total four hostels 2 fro boys and other 2 for girls, each hostel is of eight flor and each room has four students. Mess food is realy good and mess is near hostle so traveling is not a problem.

I want to study physics and also need some teachnical skill for job apportunity and this course got both and only availebel in ths university thats the main reason I chose this course. I want only this couse thats why i din't apply for other colleges. To take admission you have to appear in entrence exam name CUET PG in Physics.

Faculty members are really nice and supportive. The Course is of four semester of which first tow sem has academics each subject has 100 makrs asesment and last two sem we have to research project under faculty no academics no exam. Exam level is very easy without any pressure.

Night life is decent but at night wild animals rombs in campus which is not good, library is opne upto 2 o'clock at night for both boys and girl. For boys there no restricitons for boys but after o'clock girls must go to hostel. Medical facility are open 24 hours.
