Course Curriculum Overview

No curricular activities are organised or very rarely organised... Nobody listens or hear the voice or problems of students...we have to compromise with the situations..But each and every subject is related to the course.

Class Size: 26Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

67,750 odd semester and 52000 even semester 239500..Fees is not worth it... According to the ptu norms fees is extra charged. The digital class is very less.. without Ac without any floor furnishings. It is okay okay

Campus Life

Campus life is so boring and so small..no interactions. No curricular activities for the students. Infrastructure is very less..no ac no cooler...only chairs are available with attached small table type structure.

Hostel Facilities

I rented accommodation because hostel is not so good...old doors, old buildings, old walls, horror kind of scene... seepage problem No ac provided in hostel room and food is not even compared to homiee food.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Admission

I want to apply for Chandigarh University for masters in Fashion marketing and management but there is only B.s.c Fashion design available Master's is in progress..still to add the degrees. This college is conveyed by a pass out student

Total Faculty members are 8 2 courses in bachelor's and 1 course in master's No exam hall provided..at every external exam time gian Jyoti is selected for the centre. No much developed or digitalized advertisement

Placement Experience:

It is research based university which manily focus on research so placements is not that empresive mainly students goes for higher studies after completing. Some department like computer science and pharma department give placement of average pakage 4 LPA. Probably I will go for higher studies.

In this we get brief information of computer science and more options of placement. Curriculum is based on all computer and to obvious reasons it relate to real-world as well as virtual. To my accord teachers must pay attention to practical work not to just completing syllabus and writing theories. The timing and difficulty level of exams are good. Again it's depend upon the subjects chosen.

Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar is best institute.

Placement Experience:

Last year of course we are eligible for placement. Many Pharmaceutical companies like Akums Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Indswift Ltd, jubilant, SRF Ltd., etc. As well as many Institutions like Akash, Buyjus, etc. also visit our university to provide jobs to the students. The average annual price of the package is 3-7 lakhs which will vary from department to department. An average percentage of around 60% would be eligible to appear in the interview but the further process depends on the placement committee. I will do P.hD. after completion of my course.

Best Emerging Private University in North

Remarks:

Management is very good and they always work to give best environment for students. The campus is also very large. Transport facility is also 24×7. Cafeteria and eating joints are also inside the campus. Till now its very pleasant to be a part of this college. I have got to learn many new things about myself.

The infrastructure of our college is good. It has a good building. There are many spacious classrooms. The library is air-conditioned with photocopy facility. The computer lab is air-conditioned, which can accommodate 60-65 students at a time. There are weaving Lab with handlooms, pattern making lab and sewing labs for students. There is a spacious auditorium and also a multimedia room. The college also has a tuck shop, where students can get stationery and stuff related to college work. Degree in Textile designing

The application form provided by the college can be obtained from any of NIIFT centres but they are also provided online on their official website. NIIFT select students on the basis of the entrance exam followed by interview and situation tests.so, it's not easy to get in this Institute you have to be very creative and talented. I selected textile designing as it's different and I love how the printing is done on the clothes so I choose this Institute. And it's the best decision I have ever made....Read More
