Degree in Textile designing

My opinion on the course curriculum is that the course structure is very flexible and in the first year you are not burden with much studies. Course pattern is simply designed according to the students. In second year we learn about how the designs are pattern and printing techniques , methods and more.

The placement record of the institute is up to the mark as most of the students got placements. There is no scholarships but there are internship which is provided to the final year students.The variousl fashion companies visits the College.I got the offer of Rs 18,000 per month. Now,there is little raise in my salary.So student learning their need not to worry about jobs.

Fees was feasible.At that time the fees was about Rs1,20,000 for one year and the over all amount of fees was near to Rs,4,00,000.Being a private college its fees is mot much high compared to other nift centres.

Events are held where we got opportunities to showcase are talent. Textile designing is all about creativity and artisanry and through such events our works got appreciated there are sports facilities and computer labs also.Wifi facility is also provided.The atmosphere feels like home.

The application form provided by the college can be obtained from any of NIIFT centres but they are also provided online on their official website. NIIFT select students on the basis of the entrance exam followed by interview and situation tests.so, it's not easy to get in this Institute you have to be very creative and talented. I selected textile designing as it's different and I love how the printing is done on the clothes so I choose this Institute. And it's the best decision I have ever made.

Some of the teachers are really good and helpful and some Teachers take the favour of their favourite students which I don't like about them. Although there are some teachers who were really supportive and explain the topics very well.
