- T&P CELL is common for 4 colleges that means for one company 4 colleges students competing having different grades and all
- more flexibility in electives where students opting easy electives and getting bettter grades the the students learing core subjects
- curriculam updates are slow with respects to industry trend, and also there are rumors about placementt cell the once placed no further call for placement is harsh
Course Curriculum Overview
aiml is a future branch and i always wanted to learn machine learning, reviews on internate for this college was good so thats why i opt for this course my first priority was computer branch but due to score i got cse aiml, the curriculam is good,interactive teaching, and project based evaluation would it stronger, moderate tough and manageable there are teams like kratos racing and automatons for leaning and working
Internships Opportunities
there are several companies comming for inership like tsc, cognizant, infosys,and BMC LTD, PERSISTANT and other so intership opportunites are there in small scale induries also, so intership opportunies are very good
Placement Experience
at pccoe, students become eligible for campus placemts from the 7 sem. the college have exelleant placements record , for sp. aiml top companies like cognizant,infosys, and tech mahindra visit along with product bassed firms such as persistant zs associates with avg package of 5lpa sp. aiml students gets placed in data scinces related fields
Fees and Financial Aid
i paid the fees on 31 aug 2024, my tution fee is 62174rs,development fees were18653rs, eligibility fee 650, university fees 1385rs, student activity fee 1000, ASYI fee 454rs, and the total fees for my first year was 84316rs. few of my classmates are from obc and sc cast they maybe having lesser fees than me around for sc its 3500rs only, for fianacial aid students get schollership from different differant companys like cybage leela pundation and etc
Campus Life
campus life is active and engaging. the annual fest and techical fest offers great exposure. the librafry has wide range of books,journals,and online resaurse like IEEE. classrooms have wifi and projects wifi has special acces each students have their owns wifi keys there are gyms, lubs like nss, team cratos, geeks for geeks campus body
Hostel Facilities
hostel is expensive having fees of 150k per year and it is having 12 floors each floor having 20 rooms conataining 3 roommates at each room hostel have mess at ground floor mess is descent, hotel has 4 lifts drinking water taps are on each floor and the wardens are also well behaved cleanig staff is there to clean hostel after 2 days cycle overalll hostel is chouce if you are willing to pay 150k per year
Admission
i applied for reputed institues like DY patil, MIT wpu, and sinhgad college and i recived confirmed admission from DY patil and sinhgad, ichose pccoe for its strong placements, disciplined enviroments,and academic reputation the admission process was through cet cell, cutoff for dsy arround 95%, the process was smooth, transperant,and well managed with helpful staff
Faculty
student facculty ratio is 1:18 it seems like decent attension on students facculty is aprochable supportive and nice dr.sandip patil sir clear teaching,practicle focus,and strong mentorship there are formative assesments insted of insem exam that is good less presure of paper and more focus on research and other activities
Night Life
nightlife around pccoe is clam and students, and friendly envoroments, the hostel closses at 10pm so most studnets unwind before that.the gym, libraby and cafeteria usually close by 8.30 pm popular hangout spots like cafe durga, city mall and trails near nigdi overall the night life is peaceful, focused on relaxation and bonding after a busy academic day....
