Central University of Jharkhand

We have shortage of faculty in every department vary from 2-3. Need strong lab facilities. We have a good library contains every type of books a student needs for each department. Good security system, a well established laboratory. We need much security outside of the campus as we are at a unknown place with unknown peoples.

We have at least 15department consists of Basic Science, Engineering,BscBed, language, International Relation, far east languages. Our exam pattern consists of three sessionals each of 20marks from which best of two taken, and one semester exam of 60mark. I admitted in Nanotechnology. Its consists of a great laboratory having advance research instruments.

Its established in 2009 of the Parliament act2009 for central university for the backward society. But now it is full of its potential to give good education and prepare the students to competed in the world market with a quality education. Placement is slightly down as the branches are under developing in India like Nanotechnology, Energy Science. No college didn't provide any internship. You have to search for yourself. I have been competed two summer internship at Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics according to my knowledge. Its a great experience to get a internship at SINP, its well built world class Research Institute having collaboration with CERN. I was working on Nanoparticle Synthesis,modifications, Characterization and their uses such as in the field of Cancer treatment.

Many festivals and University level are celebrated. Local festivals like RAM Navami, Maha Shiv Ratri, Kali Pooja. At university Khelostav is a great initiative invites many other university across India. All are invited to participated in many games. A cultural night of 3days, inter house games for only our college students.

Its very feasible. For engineering department students approx semester fee is 10000. Its the minimum for the whole nation having such great facilities. Fees for other department is approx 7to8 thousand. The hostel room rent for a month is 200INR, while the mess charge is 2700INR for a month. The tuition fee is 2000for every students which is included in semester fee.

University offers waivers of tuition fee for the meritious student according to their financial status. It might be full waiver or half waiver of tuition fee every year. Loan facility available as according to the bank present inside university campus such as PNB, Allahabad Bank.

These are good enough to give a chance to everyone. We have a Initiative of UNAYAN to educate the local backward class students. As part time we teaches them freely available them good education and help to their study related things. Many sports like cricket, football, Volleyball, Basketball, Khoko, Chess,table tennis, Badminton, Kabbadi facilities are available. Our guys leave their marks every national level games arranged by other university. We have enough facilities available to be a Champion. We can work in the laboratory with permission granted by departments. As I have the holobbies to teach the guys or work in lab.

As we are currently at temporary campus the hostel is built with a great idea of maintaining weather. We are shifting to the New Campus or Permanent Campus with in a year. Almost work is done. Every facilities like our basic needs like water, washroom, WiFi, electricity is available for 24hours. We are growing with excellent environment with full of trees, flowers. Every hostel contains 100 rooms with 10boys hostel, 6girls hostel and separate PhD hostel respectively. For the new commers up to 3year we are available with three seated rooms. Its single for 4th and 5th year students.Sufficient washroom and bathroom are available in a hostel.

They are helpful. Our alumni is not much strong like others but we have good senior alumni members. They help us to choose the Carrier. They gives us advise help to collaborate. As it is a new university started in 2009 there is not a big alumni but good alumni.

I got admission through CUCET Examination. Every year 8Central Universites Conduct the examination. Central university of Rajasthan conduct the exam. The rank is calculated through the cucet score. Online counciling is started from this year. Then university will invite u for the admission process.

The faculty of engineering department mostly graduated from IIT and Completed their PhD from IIT or Foreign university. The faculty from other departments like language and IR from SAARC and foregin Professors. All the professors I have been interact are good in behaviour, good in teaching, some of them are great research personality.
