Course Curriculum Overview

4

I think the course curriculum is perfect for me personally studying political science. I felt like every aspect is being covered as well as taught by the teacher fantastically. Political science, being a theoretical course, there are less real word applications, but as much as I've seen the other courses, students are regularly taken to the lab and equipment

Internships Opportunities

5

I think you can score the Internship through the placement cell as well as SRIVIPRA IS A PERSONAL COLLEGE INITIATIVE, WHERE STUDENTS FROM ALL COURSES ARE GRANTED WITH INTERNSHIPS WITHIN THE COLLEGE WHERE THEY WORK UNDER THE PROFESSORS FOR SOME RESEARCH OR APPLICATION BASED

Placement Experience

3

The third year students can get themselves enrolled in the placement cell of SVC and then they can definitely get our opportunities being a political science student. My focus is not much on the placement, but the placement cell offers a lot of companies like Deloitte and students get placed as well, me and the other hand has a preference for government exams. I'll be preparing for that in future also for government exam prep. Also there are a few societies which offer help in the

Fees and Financial Aid

Initially, my fees in the first year was around ?16,000, but apparently in the third year, it has increased to ?21,000. I would say that every year the fees is hiking by ?2000 at least. And the reason they give for this is that they are increasing the infrastructure and lab equipments so that is why the pieces hiking up but apart from this there is no other expenditure. You have except that for each semester exam, you have to pay some amount like ?1000 to ?1500 to sit in the examination. And the economically weaker sections do have some kind of fees relief after they have submitted their proof.

Campus Life

5

Venky is completely a social hub. It is filled with crazy societies clubs NGO's everything working around and there is something for everyone. I would say from creative people to academic scholars to social work focused students and even for the sports, there is a very big crown, basketball pitch and everything and there are societies also who are working towards the sports. So everything is completely well. Managed and extra curricular activities are filled on.

Admission

The admission process was very simple through the CUET UG program. So there was all three rounds and everything with the college marks and I prefer this college because it is like sixth most best college for political science in India and it's a good college as much as I heard from everyone in its peaceful and it's good and therefore, I preferred this college over other

Faculty

5

The faculty I would say of all the courses are amazing. They are all PhD holders from reputed institutions and very well cooperative. Faculty very approachable, you can go to them for your career advice. Internship advice even personal solutions. This continuous assessment and one internal paper, every semester as well as the final paper for each semester. Very made and very relevant to the course curriculum, only very rarely all student score back or either. It is easy to clear the exam.

Night Life

5

I don't really live near my college, but as much as I know from my friends and everything Satya market is just opposite to our college and night. Life is very charming. There are a lot of cafes. There is also gym beauty Parlour pharmacies. Everything is very nearby available. the area is filled with PG and also there are few IAS coaching think every Necessary items are available just opposite.

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Economics)

My interest leadership due to political science and I realise that this match more with my background in the future career, I am thinking of pursuing

To get placement one need to be in their final year. Last year companies like Delloite, Accenture, etc. came for the interviews. Around 15 people got placement in companies last year. Highest package offered was around 23LPA and the average package was around 6LPA. The profiles that they offered was for accountants, career analyst, HR etc. People who got placement had decent percentages. They were higjly active in department and college activities and have done good internships too. After completing this degree I would want to get into Law.
