Internships Opportunities
Due to confidentiality, I can't mention the exact amount. We have two types of internship opportunities, one is a summer internship, which is for 2 months and the one is an internship before the placement. In a summer internship, the stipend starts from 5,000 Rs depending on the company
Placement Experience
The placement opportunity is great, but you have to maintain a good grade with zero backlogs. The campus placement cell offers multiple opportunities, but mostly students from the Engineering department got the highest LPA rather than other specialisations.
Fees and Financial Aid
Based on the department, the course fee will vary, and for international students, the course fee is 50% discounted based on the results and other criteria. There are instalment facilities also. Yearly, you will get two instalments.
Campus Life
Yes, the overall experience was great. I got the opportunity to work in different forums and clubs, and also got the position to represent my ideas and skills. Currently, I am holding the Head badge - Head of Design in Marketing forum as well as the Indradhanu club.
Admission
I never looked for any other college except MIT-WPU, so I don't have any idea regarding other colleges. Also, it was my first priority after IIM as I was looking for a good ground for a Digital Marketing programme.
Faculty
80% of the faculty members from my department, Digital Marketing, are equipped with advanced learning. They are very friendly and helpful towards the students. The course structure is designed in such a way that students can get both practical and theoretical knowledge at a time.
Night Life
Around the campus area, you will get multiple good, aesthetic cafeterias, restaurants. Yes, there are multiple gyms around the campus areas. The hostel timing is strictly maintained - closed by 10 PM.
