Remarks

It is a pretty good college but it has been accridated as a deemed to be college now and the rules would pretty much change. Yet we don't know for the good or bad. Hopefully it is to our benifit

Course Curriculum Overview

4

MBBS Is a hectic course. Obviously medicine is very hard to master but can always be achieved by hardwork . It's a really really interesting course as it is very unique from the other fields of employment. It always gives an adrenaline rush evey time you learn something new. Coming to the exams. It's very difficult As I said hard work is the main key .

Placement Experience

4.5

As it is a medical profession. The job offers are only after the completion of the INTERNSHIP Which is for a year . After which job applications are available. It is a reputed college and a lot of private institutions are ready to pick out the best doctors from the lot .

College Events

3.5

We have a fest Evey year which lasts for about 7 days . These includes both sports and cultural events . sports include football ,basketball, cricket , and most of the indoor games like badminton ,TT, Etc . For cluturals we have a wide range of events starting from all art event ,dance , singing , drama , theater , communication skills , debate , games , brain teasers etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is acc to the government and it follows government rules in paying exact amount . The fees is different for different people like govt and private seats are of different amount. The govt seat pays 77k per year while the private seats pay 7.7 lacks per year which is usually feasible considering a fees for a medical college .

Fees and Financial Aid

As of now there is no scholarship offered by our college as if is fully under government control. But loans can be applied in backs stating the fees for a medical college. And usually it is accepted and medical fees are generally high and not many can afford it.

Campus Life

3.5

We have compulsory laboratory work everyday and they ocassionally organise activities to get out of the routine. Coming to sports we have a foot ball ground , a backetball ground and an amazing cricket ground which is actually maintained by a cricket association as it has a really good pitch .

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors play a very important role in a medical students life as they very much help in your hurdles though studies, they are the ones who help you with teaching you how to study rather than what to study in the course of medicine

Admission

Got my admission through NEET 2017. The seat allotment depends on the rank you get in neet ug entrance exam. Through which you get a state rank Which determines which college you get according to the rank . The seat allotment is done by KEA aka Karnataka examination authority ( of my state ).

Faculty

4.5

It is good and sufficient. Many experienced faculty are there to give full potential exposure and these are guided by HODs who are excellent at what they do. There are at least 10 faculty per department that ensures 100% coverage of knowledge to everyone. Individual attention to each students can be seen . Over all the faculty is pretty good .
