From all the allied health courses , bsc optometry is a professional degree which provides a good career after the completion. The course is included in one of the most difficult courses but have a wide range of job and higher study options. As it includes a 1 year internship we'll get experienced and can be prepared ourselves for a job. We can do higher education like masters or 1 year fellowship or PhD as our interest or can directly apply for jobs in hospitals, opticals or can even teach. Or can have our own clinics. Timetable comes 1/1.5 month prior to exam providing enough time for revision. Study according to syllabus and refer previous year question papers that are provided in university sites itself. Exam will be conducted for 100 marks and with 20 marks internal it will be out of 120. Pass mark is 50% including the internals that is 60 out of 120. Here as usual in rajarajeswari medical college and hospital their im doing course of bsc MLT (medical laboratory technicians ) this course is about 4 yrs, 3yrs study and 1 yr intership after completing 3 yrs you have to do 1 yr internship then you can go for Ms degree which is 2 yr after that only you will get a job with good salaries, this college doesn't give any placement in Mlt course highest package is about 2lkh per month minimum you can earn about 60k per month after completing 2 year of Ms you will get a good job and all my plan is also to do Ms degree after this course

From childhood I wanted to become a doctor as a part of that itself my goal of becoming doctor has built up through these years. Most important thing is every thing in medicine is practical and we study in reality not in just books. We have practicals and we learn a lot through them

Well MBBS is very subjective and complicated and a very difficult course for a person who ever is choosing it but it must be out of their own decision not by force and it can be very stressful and sometimes we will have walk through it so it's important to have that passion

I chose this course as I grew up in a family of doctors and it was always my plan to pursue Mbbs. The faculty I would say like every college has the great ones and the not-so-great ones. The faculty: student ratio is high, but it all comes down to the quality of teaching. And which is okay as compared to govt. Colleges. Final Exams and at the end of each year, with question paper being set by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. It is considered a very difficult exam to pass among medical universities in India. And 3 internal exams are conducted every year by the college itself.

Since it is a medical college. There are not many direct placements. We secure a good result and our next exam score decides the college we get placed or the pg course we shall be pursuing. My plans after getting this degree would be to pursue a course in general surgery.

Employment depends on your further qualifications like md, ms Mbbs can get you a decent job in government hospitals.

I opted for this course because I was interested in It, the major factor was my rank in Neet as the only seat I was allowed was on this college and the other factor was that it was nearby and I should travel from my home also it has big campus which attracted my parents, it also has an multispeciality hospital which is very well for medical practicing as we would be more of exposed. They took all the details as of any college does my 10, 12 marks card and study certificate, my jeet markscard, the admit card, my passport size photos, also we had to pay them two Demand draft of the amount of tuition fees and also college fee.

It's a good college but not the best one. Like they take too much of money which doesnt worth that much.

Since it is a newly founded college it has its problems and good qualities and they are trying to get better with each year and they try to give better education and security. Fests are not grand enough but maybe it is because it is a medical college.
