Course Curriculum Overview
I had interest in coding and computer science, RNSIT was the best college i could have got for my cet ranking. College teaches you very well if you are interested in the domain. Teachers engage with the students and teach accordingly.
Placement Experience
Placements are pretty good with the most placement happening in CS department and its branches. Placements are not satisfactory in Civil, Mechanical and ECE. Average placement in CSE is about 5 lakhs per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
College had collected 15000 as college fee in the first year. I have taken admission through cet snq quota. I had paid 38000, 41000, 48000 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year respectively. Management quota is 6.5 lakhs per year. Hostel fees is around 1 lakh per year.
Campus Life
I have not joined in any clubs. I have participated in some coding competitions. The clubs are not that good. Students also don't engage with the clubs that much. I never considered a club to be part of my College life
Admission
I applied this college because this is the best college i would have got for my kcet ranking. Placements are pretty good in computer science department. After joining, i was satisfied with the way things are done here.
Faculty
Faculty are friendly, except for some teachers. Shreelakshmi TJ helped me alot in the first year. Sampada mam helped me in growing my skills for the real world. Rashmi mam is really friendly and supportive.
Night Life
Lights at night is pretty good. It gives a peaceful environment. Music events are held at night, like Algorithm held by a music club. Dance, music, events are pretty good to watch at night. Events are held in the pentagon where trees, plants, fishes are kept.
