The course curriculum is very good throughout the degree. The number of lecturs basically depends upon the subjects and their credit . Students have to create differnt types of projects in differnt subjects throughout the degree which give them a lot of real world experience. at the 3rd and 4th year students have to make real time working projects which give them a lot of experinence . In the whole course curriculum different courses can be added for the students . Teaching methods are great and the college is also creating smart lecture halls as well smart labs for teaching. students get a time period of 25-30 days for their exams between these days they have to appear for quizes and practicals as well. but it is all managble as the teacher allign it with the students perefernce .

difrent came for internships in college but most of the students find internship on there own . due to roles and work . with company for interns in the college and the role offered are stipend basedand ppo convertion is on performance.

The placement in the college is very good with average package of 7 to 10 lpa. The companies that visited the college are infosys, accenture, Axino, amazon , KPMG etc. The students become eligible for placement in the 7th semester. The highest package ever got from the college is 50lakhs. A lot of company from differnt backgrouds come for the placements oin the colleges for differnt roles as well and for differnt departments as well. Some are mass company and some just take 5-6 students according to their need . The highest pacakage that a student gor from college is 50 LPA from google and the average package is 5LPA . More than 70% students are already placed fro the campus . As of know i want get experience by working in a company.

the tution fees in jaypee university of information technology solan is approx 132000 each semester with slight increase and the hostel fees is 80000 per semester. There is a additional charge for single room in hostel which is 7500. They take a amount of 10000 as caution fees at the the start of college and there is no extra fees for laundry , dispensary , mess etc. There are no lab charges through out the degree. other than this you just have to pay charges like printing , laundry ( drycleaning , handwash) which totally depends upon the student. All the students from different braches have he same fees .

JUIT has two main events 1st is Le fiestus which i s culutural event . It is a three day event with lot of activites anf performances eg- first night will be culutural nigh 2nd day we will have a band performnace and a standup comedy and on the 3rd day we have an Artist permoring and Dj . The 2nd event that we have is murious which is a tech event which include Hackathon , gaming events, and other tech realeated activites for three days. Other then these 2 events juit has a total of 30-40 small events through out the year which is associated with different clubs and comietes of the college. Juit library is easily accesible and it have a large number of books and studies wether it is you r course reletaed book or any type of journals. Juit hold semester tournaments in every semester and a Annual sports event Parakarm in which other colleges are invited to compete in a number of sports . Juit has a total of 6 clubs and 6 comietes which take care of differnt things dur out the fest in college . these all come under the Jaypee Youth Club. The clubs have a great impact on student as it helps them to learn new things and bring out their talents as well.

the hostel room have everthing like bed , metress, almirah , fan , study table, bookshelfs and the washrooms are common for each floor. meal quality of jut mess is very good and the food menu get changed every month. hostel registration is very good as you can iopt for it at the the admission or in any time as well.

I applied for Chitkara, Cu, Du, HPU, SRM etc and the main reason I choose this college is because of the studies, placement and location. The study culuter in this unversity is very good as compared to other university . The student Teacher ratio not very large as compared to the other university which give every students a chance to stand out and get better results . I got acceptance from cu , du and 2 or 3 other colleges. Yes i also got rejections from colleges like SRM , VIT for not scoring a good percentile in jee and the fees and cost of living there i svery high as compare to JUIT . The admission process is very easy students can apply on the basis of their boards marks or on the basis of their JEE exams as well . After that students can attend the counselling sessions where they can vbisit the college get to know about the college . the admission staff is very helpful and they guide the students and family step by step throught out the whole process.

The faculty is very helpful and are always interacting with the students. There are a total of 100-110 faculty members in the college for differnt departments. Exams are held in three terms . Faculty helps students in a lot of ways wether it is a personal issue or a academic isssue . well i personally i don't have any favorite faculty nor i dislike any faculty because everyone have differnt ways to guide the students at the end every faculty just wants the best for the student. All the students have to take 3 exams .A student have to score a total of 30 marks out of 100 . the exams are reltively easy as compare to the other universities as students are given 3 chances to score marks other than that you have extra internals as well . and if the student have still not achived the number they are given another chance for apperaing the supplymentry exams as well.

Every hostel pf juit contains a gym with all the equipment . juit has its own cafeteria which is opened till 11 ppm everyday where students can order foodd. other that that hostels have vending machienes and tuck shops for getting food items. The college strict policy of gate closing timing which is 8 om in summers and 7:30 in winters as it is to ensure students safety . and if anyiione wnat to stay outside the hostels at night they have to get permission from their respective wardens. There are different hanging spots at juit like - BBC, Mughals Garden , Dhyan Kaksh etc. Most of the students just go to the dhabas after classes to chill with the friends and some students paly sports to relax. the night life in juit is pretty average as students have no where to roam other than the college campus.
