Course Curriculum Overview

4

I guess the curriculum which we are studying currently is enough to land a good job. Beside the course work we get to do internships, and other things to improve our skills. But the thing I don't like is the class hours they are irregular, like someday there might be 2 classes in a day but in some day we might have a full day. So there is nothing like an average day at shoolini, we have an average week. If you get what i mean.

Fees and Financial Aid

As a lateral entry student, i have to spend 3 years, ie 6 semesters in the university. My per semester fees is around 1.2L that is around 2.4L per annum. Bringing a total of around 7.2L, this includes all the fees. For financial aid our university offers merit based scholarships.

Campus Life

5

We have over 50 clubs, that focuses on different extracurricular activities such as modelling, dance, debate etc. For fests, we have moksh fest wich includes other fests such as literature fest, tech fest, flower fest etc

Admission

When I was looking for a college for my graduation, I was keenly looking for a place with low student intake, peaceful campus and greenery. Along with that a great placement and industrial experience.

Faculty

5

In my department, we have well experienced and young faculties. We have 70:1 student faculty ratio. I would not be taking names but there is a faculty which I don't like, reason being his annoying attitude. Except that one guy all of the remaining faculty is great, supportive and humble. Even our HOD sir is very humble.

Night Life

2

As a guy from jaipur (a tier one city), one ghing I hate is the campus timmings, we have to get in the hostel at 9 PM sharp. Along with that all the market around the campus also closes around 9. Our library is open for 24/7 for which we hostel students have to take special permission. We have a campus gym which is great and costs as low as 2k per annum.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at my college are average. A few reputed companies visit the campus each year, but the number of offers and salary packages varies depending on the branch and market conditions. Students who have strong academic performance, technical skills, internships, and good communication skills generally have better chances of getting placed.
