My course is very good it has a lot of opportunity I am very satisfied that I chose this course if I have choosed any other course I would regretted it for my entire life but by god's grace I chose the best course

From s7 onwards students are eligible for campus placements lot of companies come to college of engineering chengannur and they recruit students students performance is also good so many of them get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

For merit fees is 45,000 For management fees is 75000 For SC/ST fees is free, government will give them money for their expenses, but for general category students they will have to pay full fee and should have good rank

Campus Life

Well arts day and college day are not celebrated well but sports ,events clubs and stuffs are much appreciated so they are also good. College of engineering chengannur gives a lot of opportunities for students

College of engineering chengannur was near to me so I chose this college and in my locality college of engineering chengannur was the best college after ranjiv Gandhi institute of technology. Well the college is good

Faculty

Faculty is very good they are the best they do whatever it takes to mould a student to be their better version they try their best to keep students disciplined and they teach very good also they are the best in my eyes

Night Life

There is no hangout place inside the college but we can play sports in inside college of engineering chengannur and there any many hangout places outside college of engineering chengannur. College is working at night

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was never interested in engineering. I passed KEAM entrance exam. So my parents forced me to become an engineer. Since I was interested, I thought food technology might be a good branch in engineering. So I got admission in KUFOS through allotment. The course is actually good . In the 1st year, you study basic engineering, 2nd year onwards food related courses are taught. If you are a student who only have the intention to study you will find this college easy to adjust. They provide all facilities to study. There is no particular frequency for a semester. Even though academic calender is there for each batch it is not followed properly. In this college the course may last upto 4.5 years. Due to this reason the students ask the management to cut shot semester breaks so that they won't loose 1 year.
