Likes

Infrastructure is very good like there are multiples place to chill
Seniors are very supportive and kind in helping.
Societies organises fests frequently which is good

Dislikes

There is large number of student like 10000 total students
Admin is not good you have to figure the details
They are monkeys and dogs in the campus which does frequent damages to the students

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is outdated. You will learn the old subjects which is not relevant in today's scanerio like engineering drawing the most hated subjects. Also the other subjects in the first year are not too useful in your uncoming semesters and life.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 1034000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of 4 years is 1034000. 1st year fees is 236700 subsequently increasing 10 to 15 percent in the forthcoming years. Dtu itself provide scholarship for economically weaker students. And there are also Government scholarship which a student can avail. Scholarship will be around 70 to 90 percent of the fees amount.

Campus Life

The campus life is good. Sports facilities are awesome there are multiple sports you can play. Also you get ample amount of time to do extraa curricular activities. Also there are multiple society in which you can enroll acoording to your interest

Admission

You have to do great in jee mains ( like 97 plus percentile) atleast to get a lower branch. Then you have to fill jac delhi counseling according to your branch and college preferences. After the allotment of seats you have to go for physical verification and hence you will get admission

Faculty

Some faculties are very good and some are very bad. Mostly the teachers are chill about the attendance and all. In the first year out civil prof was very good and too the electrical workshop prof. There are multiple prof which has deep insights about their subjects and teaches very good.

Night Life

Nightlike of the campus is amazing. You can chill around the campus at night and you will feel very pleasant and obsessed. The campus Outlook is quite good. The best place to visit in the night is sports complex.

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

I've only given JEE Mains and It is nearby although I've opted this from othe jac colleges because I'm getting Core Branch. DTU is best in Core branchs(esp EE ME ECE) I've also applied for IPU colleges in which I'm getting CSE branch But I prefer It DTU over any other college. Admision Process is easy You have to apply through Jac Delhi Website. Once You got the seat you have pay 95,000 confirmation fee which already included in you tution fee which you pay after verfication of documents. and all set....Read More
