the course curriculum is relevant to some extent but the lab facilities are a bit outdated the equipments does not work well and some of them needs to be replaced. The research and development lab is under progress and will get established within a year. The academic year of bit sindri starts a bit late it is around 2 months delay as compared to central universities. the exam includes 2 mid semester then the semester exam.

there are several companies which provide internship in our college students like itc adani etc moreover the cllege has made it comoulsory for students to do vocational trainningin summer vacation to let gain some practical knowledge

The placement stats of BIT Sindri is quite impressive because the core branch placement is too good . it offers around 90% placement to branch like mechanial , electrical , mining , metal. technical branch placement is also improving yearly.

The fee structure is very affordable in Bit Sindri. Here is the fee structure : 1. anuual academic fee - Rs 7732 + 7600 2. student welfare fee- Rs 4500 3. registraton fee per sem- Rs 2000 this makes the total fee of Rs 23832. SCHOLARSHIP provided to many student who belong to category that is obs, sc & st by government of jharkhand through portal of e-kalyan. The amount of scholarship money is equal to the money spent in college. The fee is not increasing. The above does not include hostel fee and mess fee.

The campus life is very joyous and amazing , sicne my college is an open campus so there is no strict restriction on goig somewhere out and hanging out with friends . The seniors are very supportive and friendly. The environment is very friendly in whole campus. the library is enriched with numerous and helpful books , the library also provides special access to sc and st category students. Talking about the clubs of bit there are 22 registered club in college and they play a very crucial role in personality development , skill enhancing and a better communication skill. The infrastructure of the college is very good the campus is lush green and the infrastructre is getting better day by day . many infrastucture project is undergoing and soon new buildings will inagurate to provide maximum benifits to the students.

In 1st and 2nd year we share one room with 4 roommates and after 2nd year that is 3rd nd 4th year we get a single and separate room to study and focus . The annual hostel charge is a nomnal amount oos 10000 anually.The hostels are also powered by solar panels. The mess food is also good teh mess fee varies from 3900 to 4200 in rupees .

i chose this college over the other because it was convinient for me to travel to this coolege it is near my home town. not only this the college annual expense is very less as compared to different colleges. this is also a government college basically a state government college . i did not get any rejection to the colleges i applied for but this college i thought is best for me. To get admission in BIT Sindri the jee mains result is important. Based on jee mains a Jharkhand based councelling is done where students who applied must be a resident of jharkhand get a common merit list rank and based on that rank one gets admission in different colleges that comes under the jharkhand state . Note that BIT Sindri is the top ranked jharkhand goevernment college.

there are many class faculty in bit sindri all the passouts of different IIT's and done their pHD from prestigious university all around the world. Talking about the exam the exam is two semester per year and two mid semester per semester with multple assignment and the average count of two mid sem is considered for final marks calculation Marking Scheme: 1. mid sem-20 marks 2. semester exam- 70 marks 3. assignment- 5 marks 4. attendance- 5 marks

My fav hangout space in college is lake area of college and we can do late night activities in college too but in discipline the 1st year is more restricted to everything as compared to senior students. there is gym facility in girls hostel and boys have there is separate gym too ,the gym is filled with working and advanced equipments. The nearby big city is Dhanbad which is the coal capital of India so we can visit various coal mines and there are different parks and mall where one can visit. the local is safe to roam aroun at night.
