FISAT COLLEGE

The current syllabus is new which is industry oriented with less theory and more practical. The university paper is out of 60 marks .the time duration is 2.5 hours. There will be two series test conducted by the college out of 40 marks. The time duration is 1.5 hours.

From the third year students are eligible for placement. students undergo placement training. The top companies which visit fisat is TCS , IBM,etc.The highest package was 17lpa. There are many core companies also visiting the college.

The fees for one year for NRI quota is 190000. Mess fees is 145 per day which is 4350 for one month. The room rent for one academic year is 27500.The security deposit is 150000 for 4 years. Financial aid is available. For state merit quota the fees is 75000 per year . For management quota it is 150000.

There are mainly two cultural activities conducted in fisat which is followed by many departmental fests The two main cultural fests are BHARATAM and ARANGU.the library is of great quality with lots of books.

In the room there are 3 people .3 cupboards and 3 beds and one fan. No ac option available. The meal quality sometimes is very bad and the menu gets changed every 3 months. The locality if u rent a room is mookanor which is the nearest town .

The admission process of the college is through keam which is a state entrance exam for medical, engineering , architecture,etc. The rank required to enter fisat is quite decent. Fisat also has MBA and MTech

The faculty to student ratio is quite good in fisat. The faculty is well qualified and highly supportive. The electronics department is top notch in fisat. The exams conducted by the college is decent. The university paper also the same

The interview consists of technical round,aptitute round,coding.there will be a cgpa cut off for the interview. many companies look forward to our coding skills and logical thinking. The interview coding round can be prepared by several sites such as leet code and all.

The nightlife in the campus is very bad. We have to enter the hostel by 8 30 pm so there is no nightlife.we have a gym , canteen and a juice shop in the campus. There are 4 hostel buildings in the campus two for boys and two for girls. The locality around the college is very safe.
