Course Curriculum Overview

3

Some part of curriculum is awesome like softskills , digital marketing, accounts etc in the computer science I liked these . I'll rate 4/5 for the revelvancy of the curriculum for real world applications. Some part of curriculum didn't make sense to me like subjects like iks that is indian knowledge system . I don't know why are we being thought in computer science. The timing of exam is just right . We have exams every month . 4 internal exams , 2 sem exam and 1 practical exam in year the level is somewhat difficult to pass .

Placement Experience

3

Since I am from first year I don't have much information about the placements . But what I can say is yes there are campus placement available. I heard infosys came here . Avg should be around 3 lpa .

Fees and Financial Aid

The anual fees of mulund college of commerce autonomous is 36000 rupees for the bsc in computer science course . At the starting every student has to pay the full amount then there are many scholarship available for the students the selected students will the money . Campus Life

4

This is greatest part about the college . The annual fest name is spectrum and seriously this is the biggest fest here . It happens in the month of December. Apart from this . The year along some or the other events are always going on . And every department and student council is available here they work with decipline and they are really amazing and fun . The college libaray is great too . Have all kinds of books here related to course you can also take them to home for 7 days . I have negetive experience for the sports and the activities offered on campus . They don't encourage students that much for that .

Admission

I chose this college because this college is a brand in mumbai . When I say I am from mcc people take me seriously lol .i didnt applied to other colleges because I knew I would make in here . Cutoff for bsc in computer science for the year 2024 was 61 % (third list) . And criteria is 12 % pass with compulsory maths subject. The addmission process is the easiest. Just give the documents you will get add in the WhatsApp group and link will the their for the payment of fees . Once paid your addmission is confirmed.

Faculty

4

The faculty to student ratio is 1:130 which is poor . The relationship is good and faculty are approachable just right . I like reena shah mam from the cs department she is very deciplined and do justice with the students . I dont like the teaching method of bhumika Pansare mam . Exams here are difficult but relevant to the curriculum. Like out of 130 around 85 students have backs .

Night Life

5

The college location is very prime located near railyway station . There are many bus stops near to college . So 10/10 for accessibility. And outside the college everything is available for eating and stationary etc . Cafeteria is also there inside college . 10/10 for saftely and nightlife . College doesn't have any hostel .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't do well in my 12th and I didn't want to give any entrance exams, so this was my only last option left. Teaching and non-teaching staff are both excellent. The exams were held on their schedule without any delay. There were a decent number of students in the class. The way they taught it, it was very much easier for us to score good marks.

Remarks:

A few negative effects are debt, partying, sexual assault, missing family and friends, and stress. Positive effects are he/she gets a degree, makes new friends, becomes more diverse, most likely gets a good job after graduating, and helps he/she to become more independent and grow as an individual.

Yes there is lot of positive remarks for colleges like good faculty, good nature of teachers with friend, helpful library staff and good infrastructure but some negative remarks for college is that they have to convert their syllabus as industry oriented and they have to make their network strong for placement so students do not go for off campus drive

Being part of MIT ADT University there are some disadvantages of not being a regular student. We always need to be in our best behaviour, need to be always dressed in uniform in college function and a high penalty of suspension is followed if presented differently.
