Likes

Campus is very big and beautiful with all kind of amenities
All equipments are available in chemistry lab
Proper classes are conducted between 9 am to 5 pm

Dislikes

Transportation is not proper. Lack of public transport
Lack of facilities like proper gym grounds etc
Lack of equipments in gym and lack of books in library

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is based on semester system where 4 months are utilised in completing the course and other two months are used to check the progress by taking exam and assessments . Exams are conducted after evey 5-6 months but sessional exams goes on continuously after every unit is finished.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees is 7500 * 2 =15,000 There is hostel fees of rs 14500 for whole year Some scholarships are available on the basis of past achievements and marks The name of scholarships are as follows National scholar cum scholarship

Campus Life

Annual fest occours here in the name of spandhan that goes for two days where a lots of activities takes place like dancing, singing, nukkad nataks and various other activites as well. Apart from that various other activity like science day, cultural fests are also celebrated

Admission

This college is the only central university in this region with a lots of opportunities and its near the capital city. It have great labs that provide facilities for research and helps in building career

Faculty

There are around 20 faculty on 200 students. Facuties are very cooperative and hold experience and are very skilled in their work. I like dr pawan sir who is the research hod here, his way of teaching is very interesting and he holds command on his subject

Night Life

Night life is very peaceful here with a very beautiful view of stars. We can roam around in campus till 10 pm. All the facilities are available in campus like food and snacks. Also the gym and reading rooms with library are also available

Nature of faculty members I mean teachers are approachable
The canteen has improved a lot over time. Earlier, the food quality was not as good, but after the new tender was given, the canteen started providing much better and hygienic food with good quality.
The library is very helpful for studies as it provides a wide range of books. Since there is no single book for MSc, students refer to multiple books, and the library offers books from different authors, which makes studying easier and more effective.

Dislikes

The college maintains cleanliness across the campus, and the washrooms are cleaned regularly. There is also scope for maintaining freshness and cleanliness standards more consistently in some areas to enhance the overall student experience.
Another area that can be improved is campus cleanliness. Sometimes pet waste around the building areas is not cleaned promptly, and more regular cleaning would help maintain a cleaner and more comfortable campus environment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main reason I chose this course was my interest in it. I have always been interested in learning about plants, studying them, and understanding them in depth, which motivated me to choose this stream. The teachers who taught me were experienced and supportive throughout the course. The lab sessions also provided valuable practical exposure. Overall, the syllabus was completed very well, and every topic was taught in detail and with proper understanding.

First of all the campus of our department that i liked most that is too near and clean and the building that is green license certified.
The Teaching Staff that is also good and helpful. All the teachers are give their best to clear up all the doubts that the students asked them.
All over the P.hd scholars that are too good they also help us in performing experiments and gives ideas for the better future and a happy life.

Dislikes

sometimes i don’t like the parking area because it is divided into two parts that is students park their vehicles in their area of teachers park in their area.
Sometimes the fin activities organised in our department that are to limited and having many restrictions.
The park that is sometimes not maintained earlier.

Placement Experience:

After completing third semester students become eligible for the campus placements. Their are several companies visited in our campus that is Jindal steels, Mineslab service pvt.ltd and many more. Highest Package of the campus is approx 8 lakh. My plan after getting degree to join an NGO for making environment good.

amazing place for study and grow

Likes

greenary,infrastructure as well as the behaviour of teacher and hostel warden was nice
library, teaching faculty, the peaceful and ac proof environent of library was amazing
hostel and mess food,best canteen as well as classroom was better

Dislikes

actually i loved all about my uniersity but sometime the behaviour of student
i cant find out any thing that i disliked

Placement Experience:

if i talk about the btech ,mtech our campus provide several average package of almost 4.5 lpa which was quite beneficial ffor students abd helpful for there future and furthur studies. there are several companies which hired the students for job like TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA AND MANY MORE . my plans is to accomplish my phd

What ever i have told was truth nothing fake

Safety guard dont allow outsiders i have never seen and outside in side campus
Good drinking water and every flour has availability
Cleanings bathrooms are neet and clean, classrooms are also clean

Dislikes

Gatepass i dis like thik if we have to leave campus in mid we have to take permission from over hod sir

Placement Experience:

Final sem students are eligible for placements othern then that we are also sent for 1month internship where some private companies labs give offer later last year bsc 4-5 students get offer leter Out of 16-17

A life in CUH

Likes

The facilities of my department and there behaviour with students
Syllabus is quite good and appropriate for future too.
We can select one general elective subject of our own choice

Dislikes

The location of the university. It is in interior
Transportation facilities is very poor. It's is difficult to travel accross university
The local of the area are not good. So, sometimes girls feel uncomfortable. The ratio of boys and girls in our class is same

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually I was always interested in environment so I decided to take it. The curriculum is well designed as we have to study the all current situation of environment and their issues. Experiment part is not upto the mark The exam frequency is fast. But is not so difficult because everything comes inside the syllabus only.

Life at CUH : Pros and Cons

Likes

Academic excellenece, CUH provide world class education to it students, teaching facilities are really good
Infrastructure of CUH is really good, All departments at CUH equipped with all latest technology that enhances teaching

Dislikes

I personally dont like the 75% attendance rule that does not allow me to study for competitive exams.
Transport facility is not so good, its too much hot their in summers so it becomes little hard for the students to survive

Placement Experience:

So talking about the placements are their at CUH but it is limited to few departments only like Computer science , mba and some vocational courses, life science departments does not offer any placements as such but you can get placements on ur own but you can do participate in any placement drive happening in the campus it does not have to be relevant to ur course you still can participate.

Building are very beautiful and newly made
All teachers are very supportive and helpful

Placement Experience:

The rate of placements of students is very high. Most of the students get placement from banks, agricultural industries etc. The average student who gets passing marks is able to get placement very easily. Almost 70 to 80 per cent of students get placement

Good College

Remarks:

RPS degree college is the best private college. Syllabus is completed on time. Unit test regularly. Staff is well educated and friendly. College is good in Other activities also like Sports, dance, music, painting etc

Central uni of Haryana review

I chose CUH because of the campus and infrastructure I saw online and because I did not want to go to CUJ and did not want remain stuck studying in Arunachal Pradesh. I also applied in DU and BHU but could not ho to BHU because I didn't have my 3rd Sem marskheet then and i could not go to du because I only got into du when I had already started going to CUH for a month. The admission process was very easy as everything could be done online. I don't know about the elibility and the cutoffs but I had 92 marks and I belong to st category but there were others most who had lower marks than me....Read More

Life at Central University Haryana

So one of the biggest reason for taking admission here was that it's central university and the fee structure here is affordable. As my whole course cost me just 1,40,000. Excluding hostel and mess charges. Also hostel fees are very nominal and too much of facilities are provided. I didn't get any rejection as I was pretty clear about what I have to do and where I need to get admitted . So when I joined there was Central University Common Entrance Test which you had to qualify and later select colleges and apply for them. But later it changed and now CUET is the test which you need to clear and get admitted.So i wouldn't discuss my admission journey it's completely different now....Read More
