It's an okay college

I chose this because I liked biology and also I love working in the lab . Real world applications are pretty badly prepared here like they only teach us things we need just so we can pass the exams nothing more. They should include more practical knowledge. Exams are conducted in a very short time notice.

Fees per semester is 19500 which is increased in to 21000 even semesters. And one time fees was increased without prior notice or reason which was then complainted by students union. Lab is pretty good but the teaching is mostly bad especially lab.

A fest was conducted in my first year of college in the month of February it was a 3 day fest which was also an intercollege one . It was really good . But then no other good programs were conducted. The campus is pretty good with greenery . The library is really good with really nice staff. Class rooms are equipped with projectors. Clubs are not that active there.

I applied in St.mary's college thiruvalla and presentation college puthenvelikara for the same course and got the admission but chose this college as the laboratory facilities here is very good. For the admission process we just had to fill out the admission papers and pay admission fees along with first semester fees.

Some faculties are very friendly and approachable but most are not. The library staffs are really good and social. Some faculties are so nosy that they make students uncomfortable. exams are conducted semester wise and other internal exams which are pretty fine to crack

There was no interview or group discussion or written tests for admission. Admission was taken through the government portal and it was pretty much it. No any interview and all. Admission process was pretty simple.

Gym is available in our college. There is a food court with very affordable prices and good food . And other cafeteria and stores as well. Girls hostel sucks. And the place around the campus is soo closed off like there is nothing interesting to do there or no places to hangout. Options for hanging out is very limited
