The college has its own standards in each and every department and management is free to take new ideas any time.

Entrance Preview

In order to get the admission in the college, we need to qualify in the eamcet exam I got 6800 rank in the eamcet exam and I am very interested in mechanical from my school. It was very easy for me to choose the college because my house was very near I know about the college so without any doubt I joined this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college is an autonomous institute so the college sets the course curriculum with the help of the expert committee. Their curriculum will be revised every year.

Internships Opportunities

The college invites a number of companies for the internship program and we still didn't get them this year as we are in 4-1.But our seniors got Syntel, Celubrone, Tech park solutions, Vainavi industries like that. They offer a minimum pay of 3,000 during the program.

Placement Experience

The college has best record of the placements in the area Last year that is for 2014- 2015 a total of 1154 students placed in companies like Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Tata Steel Vainavi Industries and many more. The package details are for Accenture and Wipro it is around 3.6k and for Tata Steel and Vainavi it is 2.8k per annum.

College Events

The college celebrates cultural and technical events for 3 days every year in the name of SRUTHI. The college also conducts cultural nights for students by inviting participants from various colleges.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee is 1,5,000 for convener category students and it is 1,50,000 for B category students. The college takes the government poor students' scheme.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes on the eve of the college annual day the college will give scholarships to students who are good in academia and also good in extracurricular activities. There is loan facility also but the students need to apply for it.

Campus Life

Life on campus is too good. the college has sports club, Literacy club, Cultural club. Each student can select and participate in any club. There are no differences in the college.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is awesome with different range of rooms and different food tastes. The college has foreign students also so it takes a good care towards the college hostel. The hostel fee is paid for the month it is 6000 per month.

The college has a huge alumni network. Around 3020 members were there in the alumni network and there is also facility to contact them through the Facebook page if the student needs any help.

Exam Structure

The exam pattern is not too hectic. The college has its own exam pattern that is a year wiser for it year and semester wise of 2nd year. All the exams are conducted in a pre planned way.

Faculty

The faculty members are highly qualified in the college, about 3/4 faculty members will have PhDs and other will have huge teaching experience. The subjects will be taken by professors and the labs will be taken by other staff members.

Life at RIshi

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from year 4. The companies that usually visit are TCS, Capgemini and MMC etc. The college supports students by providing both technical and non technical jobs and any other uncoventinal career support upon request. Good college to join for study

Placement Experience:

So coming to placements they will provide good no. of placements if we have skills and keen of intrest to learn new things and grab oppurtunities. Also our colleg has NACC and NBA accredation there will be more companies approaching our college and taking students for placements and trainging. TP CELL will give its 100% in placements pushes students forward for various trainings and placements. Basically placement starts froms 3-2 mostly form 4-1 where students go to attend interviews and attend exams. companies like Infosys, Wypro, My schools, Infotech, and many MNC's. every year almost 150-200 students will be selected for placements. average package will be 3.0 - 4.5LPA and the highest package is 7.5LPA . their package is decided by companies according to the role they applied and thier level of skill. 45- 50% of the students will be selected for the placements. My plans after getting the degree: If i got selected in placement its well and good i will proceed further with the placement i got incase if didnt get placed i will try of the jobs and then shortly start a business.

College review: Pros, Cons and reality.

Placement Experience:

During 3-1 , we get only one internship i.e JPMC offering 75,000 per month which is of 3-month internship. Thhis year it took around 16 students. through coding round, hire vue interview and the hackathon process. I was selected to hackathon but sadly due to communication skills lack, I was not selected as intern , although I passed coding round, hire vue interview and entered hackathon. From 4-1 onwards we get placement oppurtunities like Deloitte, Chubb, oracle, DE Shaw, etc companies visit and offer good package only.

The placements in our college are very good the highest package which we got in our college this year is around 18 lpa and the lowest package offered is around 3 to 3.5 lpa and the average package is around 4.5 lpa a lot of companies come to our college to conduct the placement drive as we have campus recruitment training from our first year it makes it a bit easier to face the interview some of the companies that visit our college are mandatory cognizant TCS Accenture Infosys Wipro HCL ADP the placement drive starts when you are in your 4th year 1st semester or at the end of your third year second semester
