Likes

I liked cleanliness of the college but size of college is very small
Engagement with boys is good but girls to boys ratio is 1:2
In our department we have experienced faculty they mostly use board rather than smart board

Dislikes

Placement.is guaranteed but course related companies are less
All classes in our department don't have smart boards
Subjects are related to our course and also new technologies like AI also included in our curriculum

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is very related but the syllabus in the curriculum is little outdated to real world. Syllabus should be changed or updated. The exams are conducted after semester which five months and exam takes 20 to 30 days

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 115000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements is good in our college but the package offerd is very low and some it is irrelevant to the course. Companies like TCS,Wipro, cognizant,Infosys, Capgemini visit often. 16.5lpa is the highest package.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't get seat through eamcet counselling so I'm paying 115000 per year . For four years 460000. There is exam fee which collected for every sem which is 1400. My friends in BC category through eamcet pay 80000 and 35000 is scholarship Through sc/st category they pay only exam fee

Campus Life

Annual and technical festivals are held in the month of April. Our library is pretty good we can easily access course related books and also and technology books. Sport events are very rarely conducted.

Admission

Actually I didn't get eamcet rank so the only option I hand was management quota so I visited my college and asked for the seat based on the inter merit marks based on my marks they gave seat in the ECE

Faculty

Student to faculty relationship is very good and friendly and student to faculty friendship is very good. Our exam structure is total marks is 100 40 marks is internal which is 2 mid term exams 60 is end semester exam

Night Life

Our college is in outskirts of the city so you cannot imagine nightlife there is no transport facility after 6pm hostel students has hangout in the college itself so I didn't choose hostel I'm a day scholar.

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

I applied to amrita university in coimbatore and also attempted the entrance exam. But I could not join because of their fee structure and was also very distant from my current location.I have also written jee mains and advanced exams, but I got seats very long from my location.As a girl student, my parents feared my safety and could not join those colleges.
