Placement Experience

2.5

Good placements. I got nice job but I am juggling between my job and studies. My college have provided internship. To me, That was a life te experience. I learned a lot of good this. Experienced my situations. And this one year have made me a more response and wise person. Thanks to college, Now I can take any decision more wisely.

College Events

2

Foundation day, Freshers day, Doctors day, Yearly college day, Bc roy science club, CME programs, Basically we had less time for extra curriculum activities andevents but we used to manage it and make our busy life, Calm, Due to such events

Campus Life

4

Our college doesn't have a big ground but we used to book playground for out door ga. Especially. We used to conduct. Yearly sports week. I used to play table tennis with my friends. A lot, It was very enjoyable period of my life. Inspite of so much studies, I cherish those movements.

Alumni/Alumna

Mine was the first batch but my post graduate seniors were really helpful to me. They thought us most of the stuff. Given us valuable advices, About doctor duties and warned us about the patient anger and uor own safety. I am really fortunate to have such seniors. Some have became family to me.

Admission

I have worked a lot. Studied day and night, non stop. Did a lot of hardwork. Keep on going. My family was very cooperative and understanding. My only goal in life was to get entry in medical field and become a doctor. And my hardwork paued off to me. In a very positive manner. I got a wonderful mbbs seat in one of the best medical college in my state. Finally after 5 &1/2 year. I finished my mbbs course and I am proud to attach the symbol of 'DR' before my name.

Faculty

Very nice and cooperative teachers. Some of them were average and many of them are great teachers. Both in curriculum and life lessons. We used to obey them and respect them as we do to our parents

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose these courses to help people and I am very much interested in studying medicines. We can get respect in this profession from the people impossible from other professions. The faculty in the college is very good with qualified and experienced. The faculty is highly professional in teaching methods. The student ratio in the college is 2:50. The college provides practical and theoretical knowledge for the students the total course is about 5 years the first three year are full-fledged with theoretical knowledge and other 2 practical. If we study and gain more knowledge it is very easy to pass.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose MBBS sheerly out of interest in the subject and my personal will of knowing the human body in a greater dimension. I also like digging into clinical cases and learning medical terminologies. The faculty-student ratio during normal classes is 1 teacher for the whole class but every day students are divided into further smaller batches of around 6-10 people per teacher for discussions and practicals. All professors must be MD doctors. The teachers are very skilled and qualified. The teachers incorporate digital teachings through PowerPoint presentations on the smartboard, seminars, discussions etc. We've CME on various topics like corona etc. We also celebrate various weeks like Breast cancer week and other awareness programmes. PCT(part completion tests) occur weekly while there are 2 internal exams (100 marks) that occur every three months. Overall, it's a great experience to study here and the faculty also extends their full support for our learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose MBBS for the sole reason that I love to read about the human body in humongous detail. Honestly, if one joins MBBS for the purpose of moneymaking then I suggest you don't because you would be exhausted one day. Here at ESIC, student: teacher ratio is pretty good and maintained. Every 12 student has one mentor, for every subject. Talking about first-year subjects, the cadaveric dissection lab has 9 students per cadaver. So this makes it beneficial to learn anatomy and helpful in surgery too. Second-year onwards there are regular postings till 4th year after which you become an intern and have to serve according to the band signed. All the faculty here are either Ph.D. or Doctor themselves. Well trained and excellent at dispensing their service well. We've seminars, SGD( Short Group Discussion), SDL( Self Directed Learning), and regular PCT( part completion Tests) to improve our learning. It takes regular studies to clear these exams. MBBS cannot be passed by studying one night before exam.
