SVMSC campus is spread over 28 acres of land. The built-up area is around 73,000 square meters, which houses modern academic facilities and residential facilities. The college is well-equipped with auditoriums, lecture halls, laboratories, and demonstration rooms. There are multiple lecture theatres with capacities ranging from 200 to 500 students. The campus has demo rooms for pre-clinical and clinical subjects, with each having a capacity for seating of around 90 students. A modern central research lab and simulation-based skill lab are also available for advanced training.
The central library spreads across 2,400 square meters. It has over 14,500 medical books, several national and international journals, and 40 computers for digital learning and research. SVSMC also has a large air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of around 1,000 people, used for academic seminars, guest lectures, and cultural events. The college is attached to a fully functioning 700-bed multi-specialty hospital, of which 570 are designated for teaching. The hospital serves approximately 1,900 outpatients daily.
The campus has separate hostel blocks for male and female students, with an overall capacity of around 1,200.
