There are no such interships provided in college but every student has to work for a year after 4th year.
As its a private college they do not provide any stipend.
The best thing about intership is it prepares us for real life situations, balancing work and personal life.
The stipend given to the students is 3000/- only. the internship is done in our college only for one year . If it is done in our college we come out with good clinical knowledge and we good opportunities and can open our own clinic outside
Internship should be done in our college only with stipend of rupees 3000/- for one year. If internship is done in our college, most of the hospitals offer job opportunities. And if it's done with in our college we can gain more clincial knowledge
1 year of internship without any stipend ..
Shifts will be alloted in hospitals in different departments.
We need to work atleast 1 month in each department.
If you are absent or on leave u need to do an extra day again at the end.
the college offers an internship program free of cost for students and svs medical college hospital has one of the highest outpatient records along with higher in-patient records. this college does not provide a stipend because it's a private institution but provides a great scope for students to learn in an internship.
In MBBS, one year of compulsory internship is necessary to get the degree. We have too many outpatients in the hospital, and we are posted in each department for a month or so for exposure in each department. Internship at SVS is a book of new experiences and cases.
There is no understanding of grounds arrangements in a clinical school however a normal compensation for an MBBS graduate is 45,000/ - to 50,000/ - each month. No placements were done without compensation.
For 1 year, we have to take part in an internship programme. It is mandatory and is mostly general medical stuff. Then for placements, we had a very active placement cell and the college had contacts with very nice recruiters so it became easy to get good jobs. And also, graduating as a medical student already opens up doors to very high paying jobs.
We don't have placements as it is a medical profession. We own a clinic practice or else we go as a consultant to other clinics as per the work available
The students of our college after graduation mostly go for PG courses such as MD or MS for better future opportunities. The ones who wish to start working apply to the public or private sector as JR in hospitals, clinics, etc. The internship in the final year is provided to the students by the college.
