Remarks

This college is a complete institution, it follows the guidelines laid down by the MCI. Yes sometimes the students may have issues with the management but still they are really very helpful.

Entrance Preview

I had to give EAMCET exam. I scored 110/160 and got 2045 rank. This college is the best private medical college and is within the city, the faculty, administration etc are just amazing.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, infect every medical college provides internship and it is Myst for every medical student to complete one tear of rotatory internship at the college they have done their mbbs from. Private medical colleges don't give stipend, its only govt medical colleges...the experience is always amazing during internship...

Placement Experience

3

For just mbbs candidates its quite difficult to get placed but for those who have completed pg gets good placements. Packages for pg candidates ranges from 1 lakh to 1.5 lakhs. In the city the job market has saturated but in towns and villages there are great opportunities...

College Events

3

Every year we celebrate sports fest during which we play different games and have cultural events every evening...the final night marks the end of a week long sports fest. We have indoor stadiums and very good infrastructure. We even play in inter college competitions. Even after college students can play.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is fixed by the medical council of India so its the same every where. There are three categories, category A for that the candidate has to pay 60k per year and category B for that the candidate has tk pay 2.5 lakhs per year and category C for that the candidate has to pay 5.5 lakhs per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, nit the college but the state provides scholarship to down trodden students, its called fee reimbursement and total fee will be offered and even pocket money is also provided. People can also apply for central scholarships.

Campus Life

3

The campus life is amazing, one can really enjoy the college life. There is gender equality and the gender ratios are almost equal. There are extracurricular activities all through the year , there are debate, seminars and various competitions. In private colleges there are no political debates or elections or anything like that, its mostly seen in government colleges.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel is amazing, there are two types of rooms one with AC and the other non- ac and the rates differ accordingly. Mess food is also good, every now and then non veg is served. Rooms are tidy and the hostel is maintained very clean. There is a lot of parking space. Hostlers are given full freedom from timings.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes , we have an amazing alumni and there is also a Facebook page for the alumni. Seniors are very helpful during studies and even after that. Their guidance is really important to any student.

Exam Structure

For every subject we have to write two exams because its a 2 paper test. There is theory exam followed by practicals. Each paper will have 11 questions and every question has to be attempted. Only in the first and second year we have labs and in third and fourth year we have postings in the hospital.

Admission

After the results are announced the college issues a notification in the newspaper calling the candidates who have cleared the entrance exam. Then there will be counselling where admission will be done based on merit and the candidate has to submit all his original certificates to the college

Faculty

3

We have an amazing faculty, they are well educated and best in their own fields. They are very good at teaching and explains doubts and all in the way the students understands totally. We have the best faculty among st all the colleges in the state. They understands the students ability and teaches accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose these courses to help people and I am very much interested in studying medicines. We can get respect in this profession from the people impossible from other professions. The faculty in the college is very good with qualified and experienced. The faculty is highly professional in teaching methods. The student ratio in the college is 2:50. The college provides practical and theoretical knowledge for the students the total course is about 5 years the first three year are full-fledged with theoretical knowledge and other 2 practical. If we study and gain more knowledge it is very easy to pass.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose MBBS sheerly out of interest in the subject and my personal will of knowing the human body in a greater dimension. I also like digging into clinical cases and learning medical terminologies. The faculty-student ratio during normal classes is 1 teacher for the whole class but every day students are divided into further smaller batches of around 6-10 people per teacher for discussions and practicals. All professors must be MD doctors. The teachers are very skilled and qualified. The teachers incorporate digital teachings through PowerPoint presentations on the smartboard, seminars, discussions etc. We've CME on various topics like corona etc. We also celebrate various weeks like Breast cancer week and other awareness programmes. PCT(part completion tests) occur weekly while there are 2 internal exams (100 marks) that occur every three months. Overall, it's a great experience to study here and the faculty also extends their full support for our learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose MBBS for the sole reason that I love to read about the human body in humongous detail. Honestly, if one joins MBBS for the purpose of moneymaking then I suggest you don't because you would be exhausted one day. Here at ESIC, student: teacher ratio is pretty good and maintained. Every 12 student has one mentor, for every subject. Talking about first-year subjects, the cadaveric dissection lab has 9 students per cadaver. So this makes it beneficial to learn anatomy and helpful in surgery too. Second-year onwards there are regular postings till 4th year after which you become an intern and have to serve according to the band signed. All the faculty here are either Ph.D. or Doctor themselves. Well trained and excellent at dispensing their service well. We've seminars, SGD( Short Group Discussion), SDL( Self Directed Learning), and regular PCT( part completion Tests) to improve our learning. It takes regular studies to clear these exams. MBBS cannot be passed by studying one night before exam.
