Likes

Campus is quite huge and very well maintained as well as the faculty is also very highly educated. Various events are also there throughout the year organised by various institutes of the University. Huge play ground is another factor to choose this.

Dislikes

The attendance is very strict also the college doesn't offer ac classrooms which makes it difficult for students during Summers. The college campus is open for all regardless you are a student or not. Overall college is very good but less enjoymentii

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is according to the national education policy and the college facilities follow strictly all the necessary steps for implementing the policy. The development of student is possible due to various workshops and opportunities open for them.

Internships Opportunities

The college provides a wide options when it comes to doing internship. There are both paid and unpaid internships being offered to the 3rd year college students and the kind of internship is a very good experience for entering any field you want to. Also the internship cell of the college is also very good and helpful

Placement Experience

The placement of college depends on the branch which you are studying in. For CSE the placement is quite good when compared to other state colleges. For branch like civil the placement is not upto the mark but still the kind of networking you form plays a significant role in personality development.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees is around 2.3lakhs excluding hostel charges. Gujarat category students can apply for MYSY scholarship. Other scholarship are also given by college authority on the basis of merit. Merit based scholarships are given in 3 categories branch wise.

Campus Life

The college events are a great opportunity for personality development and making connections. Also the kind of duties such as budget making volunteering and event management provide an overall exposure to a variety of things. There are several events like aarambh, aayam, nuzeal, kala carnival etc held in Nirma University

Admission

The college is a well reputed one and being a Gujarat state student has a benefit of getting preference through state board examinations. Also the cutoffs for state quota students are different then students admitted through jee or NRI quota. Seats are bifurcated on the basis of 3 quotas

Faculty

Exam is conducted every month and the over-all result depends on main 4 exams one is class test other is middle semester exam lab test exam and semester end exam which are held for each subject. The over-all result is combined of all the subjects.

Night Life

The night life of nirma is a thing worth complementing and to be admired. The college has a great vibe when it comes to night life also the location of college is a prime area of ahemdabad making all the necessary resources easily available in the nearby surroundings. The college canteen is also quite amazing and affordable and provides great variety

In our college, 100% students get placed every year. After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Some students want to get into higher studies and some want to get off-campus placements. Many companies like google, motorola,crest comes to take interviews. My plan is to get into higher studies abroad after getting degree.

Placement of my college is decent enough as per NITs. From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Micron, GE Healthcare, Visa, MasterCard and more visited and offer 6 to 7 candidates depending on requirement. Highest package is 57 LPA in CSE branch and 35 LPA in ECE branch. In CSE Placement percentage is 94% and in ECE it is 84%. I will go for College placements and will give government exams and GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester,the students are eligible for the placement cells.As we all know that first step for the placement is The Aptitude test and later on the interview and technical skills. Companies like TCS,Micron,TCS Ninja,Juspay,Samsung, Microsoft and many more. The highest placement from the college is 31LPA and the average package of the college is 3LPA to 4LPA. The students placed every year around 60-65 %.

Placement Experience:

The placement in by branch are good enough in last year 2024 a student got package of nearly 42 lakh per year from computer branch. The average package in computer branch is nearly 10 to 12 LPA . Different companies visits our college to give placement to the students. The major companies ask about the students who have 8 + CGPA . Students become eligible from the 7th semester itself for campus placements. The collge gives perfect data of the student who are placed in different different companies.in year 2023 88% of the students were succcessufully placed in companies.Including all branches average package was of 7 LPA but for computer science students the average package was 10 to 12 LPA.In petrochemical branches the highest package was 24 LPA . and average package was nearly about 6.5LPA.The IT companies such as Google , Microsoft, Reliance , TATA visiits the college to give placement to the students of computer science.The total of 550 +students got the offer from various companies from all branches of btech and nearly 175 companies visited to the campus of the collegeAfter i get the degree the college pdeu i wil do the job for 2 to 3 years in some good companies after that my plan is to do startup means i want to start my buissness such as making an app , etc.. In PDEU the number of students getting placed are good enough even students getting good offcampus packages than oncampus becaus the student become capable of doing work or finding good work. There are some of the students not getting the jobs on campus they try offcampus and thy get the job.

Great experience in College Life

The college do have placements offers with many companies in the world and even the most popular companies like google, Facebook, And many more. Many students don't get the opportunity as it only offers to those students who are good in there own field. Normally students become eligible for campus placements From 6th semester. They get chance for 3 semester i.e. 6th,7th,&8th semester. The highest offer a student got here was 2cr per anumn.

Beauty of LDCE

Placement Experience:

Our college is hub for placement and almost 450++ small and big companies come here to hire student. Student will be eligible for placement in thier last year of degree. Few name to mention which company comes TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Assar, etc many more. For our branch 90% student got placement and overall of college 60% got placed. My plan after degree is placement.

I gave my JEE Mains Exam in 2021 and i also appeared for various exams like VITEEE and BITSAT. I got selected in VIT Vellore under Computer Science domain. I also got selected in MIT WPU Pune under Electronics and Communication. The reason i chose this college is for its extensive infrastructure and placement records. I looked for Return of investment rather than how high the average placement is. Nirma also good at Education?? Or only at washing powder ??

My first choice is LD Engineering college, ahmedabad. LDCE is best for Mechanical, electrical students thats why I applied there but LDCE doesn't have much seats on JEE quota so I doesn't make it . Rather than LDCE I applied for PDEU and I Got ICT there but I Choose Nirma mechanical over PDEU ICT , because PDEU's culture is not good , Not much difference between placements of Nirma Mechanical and ICT of PDEU ....Read More
