Remarks

Overall the institution is a nice place to achieve your goals. However, there a lot of things in which the college can improve.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Yes, the course curriculum and the exam structure is relevant and fair. Studying different subjects in each semester helps you become a master in the desired course. For odd semesters the exams are held in December and for even semester the exam are held in the month of June. It is quite easy to excel in exams if you understand things in the classroom itself.

Placement Experience

3

I would not say there are many companies that provide the placements but the ones which hire students are some of the reputed organizations. The college has placement tie-ups with Infosys. Other companies include Deloitte, Daffodils and Tech Mahindra. Every year Infosys offer placements to a minimum of 3 or 4 students. No, the college has not availed any internships. In fact, students used to take internships on their own during the summer vacations.

College Events

4

I have rarely seen students and teachers celebrating events except for Sports Day, Teachers Day and the Annual Fest of the college Conoscenza. Though there were lots of events organized for BBA and MBA students but for Engineering students there were only labs to entertain other than books.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I have studied B.Tech in CSE. It is a 4-year course and every year I had to pay Rs 1,10,000 for both odd and even semesters. If anyone is commuting from Delhi by the college bus then there is a fee of Rs 60,000. Further, those who prefer to live in the hostel have to pay hostel fees too.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, my father took an education loan for my graduation from Canara Bank. He asked for the complete fee structure of CSE and submitted it to the bank along with an application requesting the loan. The bank did other formalities in order to confirm the availability of loan.

Campus Life

3

The campus life in Nice. You will see that the ratio of boys is more than girls. At my time, the class had a strength of 72 students and there were only 13 girls and the remaining were boys. The college organized various declamation and dance competitions. The labs are good and fully air-conditioned. The sports day is not only for the students but for the teachers too.

Alumni/Alumna

My seniors were amazing. They were fun, co-operative and supportive. They helped me out in my studies and offered me their books too.

Admission

I just applied for admission to the college on the basis of 12th standard marks and got selected. The admission process is not at all tough and is easy. You can easily get admission to the college but the only condition is you must have an aggregate equal to or above 60% in 12th standard.

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college is Good. You can share your problem with teachers and they completely understand it. Many teachers are very supportive and friendly. When it comes to studies then every teacher strives hard to make you understand things in the best way.

Placement Experience:

Here in KR Mangalam University, plcement opportunities start from the 6th semester. Many companies come to the campus for placements like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, HCL, and a few startups too. Some students also get internships before placements. The highest package offered was around 36 LPA and the average package is between 7 to 9 LPA. Most students get placed especially those who have good coding and communication skills. The university also helps students for their interviews and written , aptitude tests through training programs such as boot camps and my more ideas. After completing my degree, I plan to either get a job through campus placement or prepare for higher studies like M.Tech or go for government exams depending on situations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure was very good, syllabus contains all the relevant thing you need to know if we one or two subjects. But what they teaches you will not get you a job, you need to do hardwork and it is same for almost all colleges. You can buy some fancy courses and can study from that.

Several companies come for the placement purpose which goes with interviews. As college has large strength so obviously its not necessary everyone will get the placement but they still try that no one will be left at least one should stand in 2 or 3 interviews plus my opinion is to also try outside waiting for the placement from college is okay but one should try outside my plans are to complete my course have one or two practice jobs then doing mtech .
