Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum effectively that are essential for.It provide a strong foundation in which influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum includes practical case studies ,projects ,and hands on exercises , making it useful for real world applications. however, more industry relevant project pr interships could enhance practical learning. Adding live projects ,industry collaborations ,or workshops can improve learning outcomes. Interactive learning sessions ,Q nad A discussions and technology driven teaching tools could make classes more engaging. The exam schedule after three month of college starting. And difficulty level is medium .More practice exams or revision sessions before final exams would be help ful.

Internships Opportunities

3

The companies like TCS ,Wipro ,etc.Roles are offered by knowing the skills of students .the student having these skills then the role is also based on that skill.while selection the company take some test thay check aptitude , verbal, numerical abilities and also they take coding test . In resume they check how many projects are completed by that student.

Placement Experience

3

Our college provide placement to students .the average package of our college is around 1.5 lac per year. After completing 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement.Total 30-40 companies visit our college to offer jobs to students.the highest package of our college is 8lac per year .50-60 percent of students gets placement every year.my plan after completing degree to crack gate or mcat exam and get admission in top college for masters or for mba.

1) year wise fees paid by me are 122340. 2)Tution fees-63281, Development fees -7719, Hostel fees-20000 , Mess charges -17000 , Exam fee-1340 , Books and Note books-6500 , Stationary items-3500 , Miscellaneous-3000, Total Rs-122340. 3)The fees for general category student are 122340 and half of the fee is paid by government by completing some application form process. The fees of other category student like OBC, etc are also 122340 and half of fee of them is also paid by government by completing some application form process. full fee of SC category student is paid by government by completing some application form process . Fulll fee of Managememt student is paid by them only because for management student any government scholarship is not applicable. 4)there are so many scholarships for merit students but some scholarship are for all student like shahumaharaj scholarship . But only for management student there no any government scholarship.

Campus Life

3

Traditional day and other events like sports day ,etc. held in feb month in our college .there are so many books are availabe in our library because of these we are unable to find there range.there are good faculties for teaching and also good technologies are provide in class room which help in teaching. In campus on sports day sports competitions are organised.our seniour team run social group which help other students to develop there skills and also help them to get a good placement.

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel faculties are so much strict they always keep watch on students whether student are coming on time in hostel or not where are they are going. In our mess meal quality is also good .registration process for hostel is also easy but hostel fee is 20000 per year. But there are also rent rooms are available out side the college.some student take that rooms on the rent .

Admission

I am choose this over the other colleges because in other colleges I am able to get other courses but not able to get that course which I want because of this reason i am choose this college.Admission process of my college which is through cap rounds and seats are given on the basis of percentile in the MHT CET exam.Because of less percentile in mhtcet exam i am unable to get admission in that course which i want. this cap round process of admission dine in all over india on the basis of percentile get inthe state entrance test.

Faculty

3

1)one teacher is assign one subject that teacher have to teach two class that same subject. In this way teachers are assign. teachers teach students every concept in deep till they not under stand that concept. 2)I like my maths and Mechanics teaching faculties . My maths sir teach every concept with an example because of this reason thats become easier to under stand that concept. 3)physics faculties I dont like because that physics sir not teach physics concepts in deep. 4)there are two exams are there in first year. one is first semester exam and other is second semester exam. 10 to 20 percent student including girls and boys fail during every semester.

Night Life

2

Our college gym help hostel students to remain physically fit and also our college study room is open any time when you want to study you can go there and able to do study.campus closing timimg is 9pm and opening timing is 6am .And hostel is only open for hostel boys any time because hostel boy go in study room to do study they come out any time from study room that way hostel is open in day and in night also. college ground there are trees and lake of water there fishes that is so much beautiful place.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the key aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the B.Com course at Sydenham College was its strong foundation in core commerce subjects such as Accounting, Economics, Business Law, and Finance. The structured progression from basic to advanced concepts, along with exposure to subjects like taxation and auditing, made the program particularly appealing for students aiming for careers in finance, CA, CS, or management.

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculam is designed for all round development of the student and to make that person an expert in that field, these aspects influeneced me to choose it. Very well, with extra paper of real world application on each subject it ensures that we take something from the course and become industry ready The teachings methods and cirriculam are excellent I don't think any changes are required Exams are all year round, every month and are extremly difficult to deal with, as Xavier's bar is very high.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. CIA like case studies, presentations, and assignments encourage hands on learning. However, in some programs, there is a still heavier focus on the theory, so students must actively seek extra learning resources
