IGNOU-My honest opinion.

My course consists of various aspects for example Political Theory International relations comparative politics Indian political thought Western political thought etc. So overall the course design is quite comprehensive and deals with various aspects of political science which is beneficial for us to have a good understanding of the subject it prepare us for future endeavours like teaching research and so on the course were could include some practical work like writing thesis etc. A student has to appear in one exam per year and the difficulty level is moderate.

The year wise fees i paid is around ?8000/-. It includes all other charges like tuition fees caution fees registration fees admission fees development fees lab fees and other compulsory charges during the course completion other batsmates had to pay different fees according to the course they had chosen the scholarship we get is prime ministers scholarship scheme and it is around 10000. Overall the course is greatly affordable for everyone.

This is something where the IGNOU legs very much behind other Institutions of the country. Despite being an excellent Institution of regret Course work and great faculty, there is no annual festival yes I would say that our campus for IGNOU is equipped with a great library along with the reading room the classrooms are equipped with smart boards which makes the lesson very interesting there is almost no focus on extra curricular activities like sports etc there are no student and social groups clubs.

Apart from IGNOU I applied to University of Kashmir and I didn't get selected there so I choose IGNOU yes I got a rejection from other universities because I didn't have enough time to prepare for the entrance test admission process is very very simple as we just have to apply online and eligibility is just that a person must be graduate to get enrolled for a master degree the admission process is very smooth and there is no entrance test.

The faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:50. The faculty student relationship is excellent. They are helping and supportive. IGNOU conducts two exams in a year. As far as my knowledge goes the difficulty level of the exams is moderate the course curriculum is extremely relevant for us to prepare in other academic exams and pursue higher studies. I believe 75% of the students clear the exam.

Since the program is only for the day so there is no nightlife yes I would say that the campus does have a gymnasium but it usually remains closed on Sundays there are not a lot of places to hangout the campuses located in Khanabal. Yes the locality is safe to roam at night.
