Course Curriculum Overview
The course that I opted for is Political Science and it is very relevant to the exam that I am preparing for. I often take help of the online material they provide. It is often recommended curriculum for UPSC/MPSC/political journalism. However they need to provide teachers or short video lectures do that the course become comprehensive.

Campus Life
There is no campus life. There are no annual or technical festivals . At the start of your programme ther is induction meetong for all and that is it. The books are pretty accesible either on internet or in printed form. There are no student run group or classroom. You study in your own space.
Admission
I have not applied for other colleges. As I am preparing for UPSC, this course is very convenient to me. The admission process of the college is pretty simple. You need to clear your bachelor program for admission in Master's degree. There is no cutoff for the course. However they take long time to confirm your admission as there are a big number of students for all over India.
Faculty
There is no faculty to teach the programme. You are given printed or online sources as you wish and is expected to study by yourself. You need to appear for exam once a year at the study centre. The assignments are compulsory and you need to submit them by yourself or post to your regional study center. The exams are easy and very few fails if they have not given the assignments.
Night Life
The main Campus is in New Delhi. There are no hostels provided by IGNOU. However the campus at the main center is big . There are no gym place but there is cafeteria, and a library. The locality is safe torom around of the study centre of Pune located in Aundh.
