Remarks

Positives : 1) Academics 2) Discipline 3) Good Infrastructure 4) Placements 5) Good staff Negatives : Doesnot concentrate much on other activities rather than studies and study related things. There are many indoor sports and outdoor sports, but they are only for PDs and they will not allow students to play unless there is a permission from HOD of the respective department or Vice Principla. Very worst PDs.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Whwn I was in the college, the structure is not so good its just average(didnt meet my expectation). But, now when I have asked my junior he said that, the course structure is changed a lot and it is too good.

Internships Opportunities

No, My college doesnot provide any internship and stiphend, but placements will be so good comparing to other engineering colleges in hyderabad. Once the placements gets started in the fourth year of engineering you will be allowed to get into internships.

Placement Experience

4

Coming to the placements, CVR college is very good in placements and many people gets placed every year. Placemnets are very good comparing to other engineering colleges in hyderabad. Placements section is well organized and training for placements starts in the final year of engineering.

College Events

2

Ther will be many events celebrated in our college most of them belongs to academics. Many Technical seminars will be conducted, many experst from different areas in our state comes to the college and share their experiences. Many technical related workshops will be conducted. Some of them were Big Data workshop, Robotic Workshop and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Coming to the fee structure, when I was studying over their the fee structure is not so expensive any lower middle class family can afford, but according to current situations, I have a information that fees is increased per semister. Fee should be paid per semister. I paid the fees of 66,700per semister.

Fees and Financial Aid

Coming to the scholarships, everyone who is good at their studies will be awarded the scholarships and supported for their further education. One of my friend is very poor economically, so the chairman of the college took responsibility of him and paid the fees for him.

Campus Life

4

Coming to the labs, they are very good facilities for every branch and every one will experience the true work experience of corporate companies. Coming to the sports, no interest is shown towards sports and there are many indoor sports but they are meant for PDs and students are not allowed to play unless their is a permission from HOD or Vice pricipal.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Coming to the hostels, for the boys they were available in the college itself and for girls some rented hostels outside. Currently I have got a information that, the hostels for girls is also under construction. Coming to the food and other things inside the hostels, I dont know about it as I didnot stay in hostels and some of my friends told that hostel facilities are very good.

Alumni/Alumna

If I have to answer this question, I should have engaged with lot of seniors but I have not done so in my engineering career but I can say that some of my friends have a good relation with the seniors, and they said that seniors had helped them in placements and in other academics.

Exam Structure

Coming to exam structure, there will be two internals, one substitution and final exam for each semister. If any one have missed any one of the two internals due to some reasons then they will be allowed to write substituition exams for that and the marks will be added. Total marks in the final exams is average of two internal exams + marks obtained in the final exams.

Admission

I have got admission in this college via the EAMCET exam. Once we get the required EAMCET rank, we have to choose the best options from the online mode, after that you will informed in which college you have got the seat, Once it is done you just need to submit the documents required and join in the college.

Faculty

3.5

Coming to faculty related to core subjects, they are very good and concentrates more on basics rather than rushing forward to complete the syllabus. They are technically well knowledgeable persons. Coming to faculty related to non core subjects, some people are very worse and some are very good. But any how coming to engineering core subjects are very important than other subjects. Coming to PDs(Sports staff), they are worst than ever, not even eligible for a job in schools.

Placement Experience:

The best part of the college is its placement of the college. Almost all companies visit the campus, including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and almost all. The average percentage of the college is around 85 percent. In Chemical engineering, the placement is a little bit, it's around 90 percent. I'm planning for placements on the Software side.
