- the equipment in labs are not the best. sometimes they do not work as expected.
Course Curriculum Overview
i chose computer science and engineering because of its scope in todays modern world. the course is really well set for us to prepare for real world applications and professional carrer. it is a really good course but if it was a little more interactive from the teacher's side it would have been really nice. exams happen twicw a year with a moderate difficulty level.

companies are infosys, IBM, HP, adani group, wipro, vivo mobile etc. roles offered are software and system engineers and IT specialists and technical support. interns can expect to gain hands on experience, develop new sskills, network with professionals.

Campus Life
the social life is quite good. there's a fest which is held every october named diwali haat which is really cool. a wide range of easily accessible books are available in the library. classrooms are equipped with projectors which is quitre good. you can participate in athletics, cricket, basketball, volleyball, boxing etc a student run club is GDG or google developer group which offers workshops and technical talks for students.
Hostel Facilities
hostels are really fun. a room has 3 bed, 2 tubelights, 2 fans, 4 Almira, 2 tables, 3 chairs and 2 windows. and you can make it cooler by doing creative stuff in your room and how you arrange all that. the meals are really awesome and healthy. everyday is something different with a number of veggies and kheer, halwa, custard, gulab jamuns etc. registration process was really simple. you require some basic documents like identity and admission proof in UIET. it was really affordable for like 12840 per year. the only negative thing is the cleanliness in washrooms.
Admission
i did not apply for other colleges but i was thinking to apply for YMCA faridabad but dropped the idea primarily because of two factors, the campus area and hostel facility. YMCA lacked both. i chose my current college because of the hostel facility, nice campus area and greenery and relevant course. i did not get a rejection letter from any other college because i did not apply for them in the first place. admission process is quite easy. you got to pass the JEE Main exam. you gotta be in the top 25 percentile. admissio process is quite easy and nice.
Faculty
faculty to student ratio is about 1 to 7. faculty to student relationship is somewhat friendly and somewhat professional. the faciulties are easily approachable. the faculties i liked are Dr. Pawan Kumar Diwan and Mr. Parminder because both are easily approachable and have a nice and fun teaching style. i did not like Mr. Pankaj Nafreiya because i could not match my vibe with his teaching style. we have 5 exam on end semester. they all have a moderate level. around 10 percent students fail to clear them. the course is pretty relevant and up to date with the current world.
Night Life
i love the nightlife. there are a number of cafes which are a really good hangout spot. you make and bond with your friends a lot in these places like the cafes, gyms and these hangout spots. the boys hostel have no timings while the girls hostel opens at 8 am and closes at 6 pm. rose garden is a cool hangout spot inside the university and brahamsarovar is really cool which is outside the university.
