Course Curriculum Overview

the curriculum will be very well planed. the number of hours the students stay at the college is also very well planned. it will be a very good for the studenta and not very troubly with the curriculum .

Internships Opportunities

we will get multiple internship opportunities via manipal because as ive told already its the number 1 private university hence people are eager to have thier company listed for placement. the department also guides well for students.

Placement Experience

the campus placements will be starting from the 6 th semester but before that students get multiple opportunities for internships at many different companies and startups .my plans are i want to go abroad after this degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fees will be 375000 for the first yeast and 485000 for the following 3 years. the hostel would be 200000 per year including mess charges. scholarships are available . the fees for all the branches was the same when i got admission into manipal.

Campus Life

the campus life is very pleasing at manipal. we get to meet people from multiple states and experience different languages and races. there are anti ragging squads too for actions against improper behaviour towards juniors.

Hostel Facilities

the hostel is guided by zolo scholar which is a reputed company for students. the hostel would be filled with wardens to ensure discipline among students . the facilities like laundry are also provided.

Hostel Fee: INR 200000 per year

Admission

manipal is the number 1 private colleges in india . so i wanted to gwt my degree in the best college possible . the exams are conducted in epads which is a very easy and pleasing experience for the students.

Faculty

the faculty in the college are very experienced and will help you advance in multiple aspects. the exams would be conducted in an Epad and not on papers. the course structure would be discussed and shared with the students in an appropriate manner.

Night Life

the nightlife is wonderful at manipal , there are multiple get together places around the college where students can have a lit of fun . the campus intime would be 10:30 and the hostel intime depends on ones individual hostel block.

Placement Experience:

This is the best part. The whole point of niat program is to get a study for the job. It's not like the old system where you chill for 3 years and panic in the 4th year. All the learning here are very different. From the first day itself we will be doing coding.

Our placements start right in the final year as when you look at the comparison a lot of our students gets placed through PPO. Cyber Physical Students are already less and so pushing the speed is what MIT Manipal does in the final year as placements are always our college's first priority.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

I tried JEE but could not secure a good enough percentile to get into prominent NITs. MIT Manipal seemed to be better than any of the cet colleges with only the course fee being slightly on the higher end. I applied to SRM and VIT, both of which i got accepted into, but opted out as it seemed like both of these colleges rely heavily on student intake and are money minded. MIT Manipal has an exam called the MET which is based on a jee scheme (+3 -1). In my year the only marks required to secure a seat in the college was the MET but the scheme has changed and now board marks are also taken into consideration. JEE percentile can also be considered if the student secures above 95 , but most students take MET and are given ranks according to it....Read More
