Likes
- The security of the campus is really good and they only allow students of our college only which is really good.
- The faculty is really good and they help alot to the students and they are very friendly , which is a good thing in my perspective
- Infrastructure of my college is like I can say just above the college but I really like our rock garden(Garden).
Dislikes
- I really disliked is we can't explore our college in our free hours which is really bad.
- Actually we have classes from Monday to Friday only but in some cases they take classes on Saturdays too which is really disappointing too me.
- Placements are too poor, our seniors are barely getting placed and that too very low package whcih is a worrying thing to me.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our course is well structed and prepares us effectively for the real world applications. But it would be benificial if more practical teaching is there than the theoretical way. The edxam schedule is two midterms and one finals int eh span of 5 months which is really manageable.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for palcements from 7th semester, In our course, approximately 10% of the students were palced during campus placements. The highest package offered wasn 42 LPA, while the lowewst was 3LPA. One of the top companies came was TCS. However, most internships secure dby students were off-campus opportunities. Regarding the top roles offered, I am currently unaware of the other details.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee is 136500. I came as management and I got to know about this college through my consultant and also I paid 25000 to him and also 250000 to college for the management seat(donation). And for the other categories the fee will be varied because of their scholarships (ex: some of my friends pay 6500 and some pay like 100000). Scholarships are for the EAMCET rank holders.
Campus Life
I am currently in my 5th semester and only fests are conducted which is bad. We have various books and availability is also too good and we also have access to e-library which is helpful us. We have may sports events and also technical events. And we have many students cluds which helps students to get out of their daily classes and is good for the college life . We have like dance club, singing club, drama club, sports club, college radio, NCC, NSS and many ither.
Hostel Facilities
As for the Hostel, hte conditions are very poor. The food quality is worst, and the warden is very rude and arrogant. The hostel fee is excessively high at Rs.38000 per semester. There are only three bathrooms per floor, no generator, and also Wi-Fi usage is limited which too bad. The cleanliness is poorly maintained and only two washing machines for the entire hostel and that too time restricted. The only Con is they provide Lockers and a chair for a student.
Admission
I have tried to get the admission in the GITAM college. But didn't went for it because of the hostel fee and transport fee and the culture there. I got the admission easily through a consultant and our college accept various entrance exams also for intermediate students and diplomate students.
Faculty
I couldn't exactly say the ratio but the availability of the faculty is really good. I can't enclose any information about faculty becaause I don't have any grudge for them aor anything else. the exams are pretty good and exams are conducted strictly which actually means only the studied student gets passed. We will have 2 mid terms and 1 finals per semester and also Lab externals
Night Life
We don't have any night-life in our college. Our college gets closed at around 6'o clock and we can't even get into our college. We only have library in our college. Only hangout place we have in our college is The Maggie point which pretty good I say.
