I only applied for the colleges in delhi university because i was sure that i will be able to score well and get myself enrolled in one of the best colleges from north campus. Even though there were a few colleges on the list above my present college like hansraj, srcc, hindu, miranda etc. I chose them above mine because they are better in many aspects than my college. Yes i got rejections from all the colleges that were on the list above my college because i was unable to cross their cutoffs because i scored less than what was required to take admission there.
