Likes

Pollution free and greenary, it's located at end of city and gives peace of mind.Highly qualified staff and teach in both kannada and english.Good hostel facilities (2 person per room) and healthy food is provided in mess.it also offers ug/pg/phd .
Our university has huge library with wide range of books ,an auditorium and also only the second agricultural engineering college in Karnataka
It also provide courses like Physical education, national cadets corps and NSS improving physical health and mental well-being

Dislikes

More emphasis on state culture and ethics
Hostel closing timings for women is 7.30pm as mentioned don't have timing, timings need to be relaxed little bit
Comparatively more physical works than other degrees need to work in fields

Course Curriculum Overview

It's according to fitth dean committee,They offer wide range of courses approx 8-9 subjects per sem . They also give 5 out 100 marks to attendance which is good way to motivate students to improve their attendance

OBC :-19000-20000(SEM WISE) SC/ST:-300 STATE SCHOLARSHIP:-35000 PER YEAR ICAR SCHOLARSHIP:-18000 PER SEM The fee structure is increasing year by year as we were in first year it was 18000 now it is 22000 per sem Even merit scholarships is available approx 35000 per year

Campus Life

They celebrate youth fest (south zone and national).Kannada sanga program, student association program They also conduct inter College sports meet every year in all sports Around 44k books are available in library

Admission

You can enter through 2 exams either through state exam or ICAR exam based upon your percentage they'll give you seat .I chooses this college for good teaching staff and friendly environment To bsc agriculture you should have taken science in puc and for agricultural engineering you should have opt maths in puc.Adimissiom process is quite simple through counseling

Faculty

We have faculty in every department like 9-10 including HOD, assistant professor, associate professor.They are very friendly and kind.We have our personal counsellors ,they help us academy wise and personality development

Night Life

For women no night life hostel gates close by 7.30 by night,and yes men can enjoy their night as they do not have restrictions One college canteen is present with good and healthy food They also incubation center for new start-ups

very good and affordable college with good hostel facilitites.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was very well structured with both theoretical and Practical exposure. The curriculum is designed in such a way that they are very relevant to real world , this also prepare the students to the real world applications and further academic pursuits. The improvements can be made in the practical part of the courses. There must be regular field visits and utilisation of funds to bring innovation. The internal exam would be after 2 to 2.5 months after the commencement of the semester and practical exams would be immediately after 10 days of the internals. The external or final exams would be after a month of practical exams. There will be enough time to prepare for the exams from the commencement of the semester but there will be no study holidays and gaps between the exams.

In this course placement is very low but other competative job is many more.5th semester students are eligible for compus placement. Fertilizer and agriculture engineering companies are visiting in this college. 3 lack package will given in company. Average 9cgp will taken every student. My gole is KAS will study after degree.

I have chosen this because many govt jobs are available in this field. Our class has nearly 58 students. All professors are M.Sc. or Ph.D. with NET-qualified lectures. 3 exams will be conducted in a semester.
