Du had most valuable collage in all over India and this crazy education system and great facilities towards students make me to choose this courses all areas and course are well designed and understandable to students

Great experience year wise fees are 8320 rs and great teacher very big areas great canteen facilities very polite environment of collage and close distance from metro overall all good facilities collage size big

Campus Life

All type of festivals of India are celebrated into our campus like Holi fest diwali fest republic day independence day and etc there are too much big libraries for students and lots of knowledgeable books a very big sports complex into all du colleges for students sports and fitness

Admission

I applied into du sol i got confirmation of admission into du sol i didn't get any rejecton from du their great student facilities are too good admission process in du is you have to go to their official portal and applied for any courses you want then pay fees and they alot you college and great facilities

Faculty

Mostly students into social science faculty faculty and students relationship are too good and understandable social science faculty english faculty science faculty I liked mostly there are 2 exams semester wise in one year

Night Life

Favourite hangouts of du is their gym areas and library the hostel timings are 6 am to 9 pm it's a great disciplined hostels and very knowledgeable also these hostels are totally safe for students they feel like home here

the curriculum is decided by delhi university, economics wing and is followed by all the colleges of du, although few topic are often irrevelent which teachers tend to skip. i do feel that curriculum is pretty old and they should introduce new topic which are more related to reak=l world and give us real life experience not just bookish knowledge which is irelevent. they should also ask for students input related to their curriculum, teachers sometimes tedn to just do book reading. internal exmas are taken frequently and difficulty is 3 out of 5

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a good course. I went for it mainly because I am preparing for UPSC CSE (pretty common around here). In that context the course is helpful, and also for those aiming to enter research, academia, museology, archaeology etc. However there are not many placement opportunities and for most it would be better to pursue masters later on. Teaching methods are inclusive, both english and hindi medium students can comfortably study. However both students and faculties have some complaints regarding the curriculum changes under NEP such as the sequence of courses in each sem.

Placement Experience:

Placements is for 3rd year students. Many good companies visit our campus like bajaj capital, oberoi group. Highest package is around 22 lakhs. We have a lot of internship and placement opportunities come in for students.

Honest review of Pros and Cons of DCAC

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is done in the 3rd year. The highest PPO given is 24,00,000 to auditing and taxation departments. Average package is about ?15,00,000 to ?18,00,000. Companies like Eay, KPMG and more visit our college for placement. Most students under the commerce department get offered internships. Other than this, the placement cell also actively keeps sending internship opportunities for students to enhance their profiles. I am an English honours student l, thus there is no placement option for me directly unless I take up options from the P-Cell. I have already interned at EY India, Gurgaon, as a forensics and risk management specialist( throigh personal referral).My knowledge (attained from DCAC) of research, report and article writing were used adequately.

Generally, after BA no one is placed and even if we apply for a job we don't get a good package. So, students generally go for masters or some other courses through which they can get placements. Talking of college placement and internship cell we don't have very good facilities as very limited companies are there for recruiting students. Many students don't even get the internship. This is a major negative point of college.

Overall College life experience.

Along with Gargi college I chose some North campus colleges too because of high NIRF ranking . Due to high cut-off and belonging from a general category usually students are not able to crack north campus colleges. This is the main reason why competition is high and seats are less of we look at yearly registrations. You need to give CUET right after completing 12th standard in order to get into top ranked colleges. This college is not good enough for upgrading skill and knowledge.
