Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of Puducherry technological University is divided in to two categories one for local and non local without considering caste the fees for non local students is 150000 general category and 75000 for sc category 13500 for local students

Campus Life

There is proper facilities in the campus.The equipment in laboratory is very limited .there is no proper grounds for sports the maintainance is very poor .poor facilities in the classrooms no proper benches

Admission

The admission process for this college is based 2 category one is for non local and fr local students For local students it's based on their intermediate marks for non local students through Jossa and csab

Faculty

A total of 8 semsters will be there. Each academic year there will be 2 semester examinations which going to be held during january and November the marking scheme will ebe grades .For every 20 people one faculty adviser is allotted

Interview Experience

The admission criteria depends on Whether you are local residents or non local residents .for local residents the admission process through centac for non local residents through josaa and centac which based on their jee main percentage

Night Life

No proper gym , cafeterias. The hostel is worst the food is too worse the maintainance is very poor .there is no proper street lights . The roads aren't good . They will close gate by 9.30 pn for boys

Know About Puducherry Technological University

Placement Experience:

By 7th Semester, students are eligible for Campus Placements and there are several companies that have visited our college during a course of 2-3 months and there were many offers made, highest package was of 9.5 LPA and the average is of 5-6LPA Students are getting Placed very well, and i have place already so my plan is to get into the job and excell in the IT Sector

I got into SMVEC First, after a month later, i got into my current college PTU in which everything was better than SMVEC, SMVEC is a lot more like a school, while PTU is more like a college where the staffs dont consider about any rules, but they be on time and perfect when it comes to studies.
