Course Curriculum Overview

3

Various government opportunities that comes under this course inspired me to take this course. The curriculum is well established, that can be really helpful for further academic pursuits. Practical teaching should be inculcated more and more than theory There will be time gap for each exams of a particular subject, i don't think so there is nothing problem with the conduction of exams

Internships Opportunities

2

In civil engineering there are many projects available like , earthquake engineering , transportation engineering, water and building construction, software and computer applications, this are to be done with groups were all students together complete the project and get a good experience

Placement Experience

2

The students will be eligible for the campus placements during the last year of course particularly the last semester. I had no knowledge of the companies that visited our college Higest package can be more than 6lakhs Avg package may be around 3 to 5 lack Placements percentage depends upon the companies that visit our college

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees will paid by the government through scholarship on behalf of us. Admission fees cost around -26k to 32k Other related fees cost less than 1500. My batchmate fees is also the same Scholarship will be an amount of 29k that will be paid later as a fees amount

Campus Life

2

The college is a hub of cultural festives , throughout the year there will be some or the other activities going on. The libraries are good enough to provide much of the books, and getting the books is also an easy process. Sports are conducted but not much to the expectations

Admission

This college was allocated to me through CET exam.I had applied many colleges live RV college, dayanand sagar college,Dr ambedkar institute of technology and many more. The college will be allocated according to the marks we secured in CET exam The admission process is lentier,we should be conscious enough thoughout the procedure

Faculty

2

They are 2 to 3 faculties for every subject Some faculties are friendly and except the students, but some are too strict to deal with. They are around 6 to 10 exams including lab exams in a particular semester. Exams are easy if we study well and can clear the sem,if not it may be a burden.

Night Life

3

Our campus is located in centre of city near kr circle in Bangalore, were we can get many places to hangout , almost everything is available near the campus with not much trouble.near by places like cubbon park, chinnaswamy stadium ,vidhana soudha, museum is an attraction of this place

Placements in our college is pretty good compared to other colleges and obviously way above average. In the begning of our 2nd year we had an orientation in which the HOD stated that almost 50-70 students from 6th sem were placed even before starting the 4th year and the highest package at the begning was nearly 40LPA

Usually just after 3rd year that's 6th sem students become eligible for placements. But only few students who are exceptionally well in academic and skill wise who had experience in internships will get placed. Except others might have to wait for 4th year to get placed. And our college gets good and average placements which is okay. You just have to work little more. Except if u didn't get placed, there's still a chance you can try outside campus.
