Likes
- Campus offered excellent placements for students irrespective of their streams and abilities. There were lot of companies brought by campus to place students
- I really like the surroundings of the campus. The campus was surrounded by bushes, they were lot trees and campus surrounding was clean and neat and hygienic. Campus has been awarded may awards for maintaining greenary
- Campus infrastructure was very good. It provided all the facilities,labs, canteen facilities,boat clubs , knowledge sharing clubs
Dislikes
- I don't like the correction criteria for exams . They were many faults in their correction and verification
- There was no excuses for late payment of tution fee
- The college campus is been constructed in the forest range leading the students and professor's little bit difficulty in reaching campus
Course Curriculum Overview
They should give less reference to the theory and more importance should be given to practical based learning The curriculum was very vast focussing more on theory based education The timings of exams were little bit limited. They should extend the exam time upto some extent.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fee was 1,05,000 out of which I had to pay only the admission fee which was around 8500 .Since I had a category (sc) ,I was getting full reimbursement. Apart from this there was a registration fee of 2000 My batchmates fee were getting scholarship of 25,000 they had to pay 75000 out of 105000 and those are from management they had to pay 300000/ year
Campus Life
First thing is like the campus infrastructure, facilities, boat clubs and placement facility I also the teaching of faculty The college was in vicinity of forest.So there was little bit difficulty for all to reach the campus
Admission
I have applied for more than 10 colleges out of which I have given preference to 5 five colleges. And I have picked up the BVRIT college as based on factos like placements , easy application process and the reputation of college. Besides these, my rank was best suited for getting admitted into the college. I was also give fee reimbursement
Faculty
The ratio of faculty and students was like for two sections (a and b) which consists of 70 members each ,there were around 7 faculty. There was good relationship between students and faculty. They were friendly with us have given importance lessons for their professional life The name of faculty I liked was chahitanya . He has excellent teaching skills and extensive knowledge of the subjects The name of the faculty whom I didn't like was rakesh because he was very strict and less friendly to the students There were many exams like slip test mini examination and final examination. Overall there are hundreds of exams . The curriculum was vast given less preference to the practicals
Night Life
My favourite hangouts place inside the campus was cafeteria,sports complex and boat club I was also spending my town in library most often. There were monkeys around the vicinity of campus which I have feeling little bit feared
