What Students Say

Likes

I like sports,music,quiz competition and curricular activities
I liked the study material and all round decipline of the faculties
Moreover there was so much tests, Monthly test and yearlyvtrst and a final board exam which I liked the most.

Dislikes

I Dislike that the college was too muchstrict
Also that the fees that was height from other colleges
Some of the staffs was very rude which I disliked the most

Course Curriculum Overview

The most important was the dicipline and aslo was spritual place where they taught us the spirituality.I felt very good and right now whatever I am I m because of the curriculum which was taught in my college.There is no need for improvements in the curriculum and teaching methods.Exams was weekly,monthly ,yearly but everyone used to score good ..

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

College fees was 30000 for three years Degree courses. Same for all students including different courses had Different fees some are higher and some are lower.There was no scholarship facilities for me but there was scholarship facilities for highly intelligent students

Campus Life

The festival was scheduled on September namely innovation which consists of singing competition,band competition dance ,fashion etc..The books was available and was under UGC regulations and it was very much good.Tge facilities was good and technical provisions was also good.All sports and extracurricular activities was great.Lastly there was no such thing

Admission

I took admission of different colleges like North point ,siliguri college but I got admission in siliguri college.I did not get any rejection from any college.My college admission process was written examination followed by interview taken by the principal..

Faculty

The faculty was overall good to us and I like the education system of the college.Tge teachers was very much friendly to all the students and was like a friend to all of us.I liked peter sir because his English was very good and I wanted to learn English that time.. There was monthly tests and weekly tests overall every one used to score good marks.The curriculum was very good and I like ld it,enjoyed alot

Night Life

There was no gym,cafeterias but there was library and public area and it was all good.when I was studing there was no hostels available.Library, canteen, music room ,singing and roaming was not safe at college

Fun in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

If they can take regular class test that will help us in subject. Exam timing are not that much good. If they add outdoor games that will help students for relaxation. Syllabus should be updated because our syllabus system is not up-to-date with new law system

Placement Experience:

JSA has made tie-ups and also ASA department too has made available for our college as 24 students from our batch were placed at their office with a salary of 18000 a year. They were chosen after they did intenrship over there and thus those who proved their mettle were hired by them.

I always had a curiosity to know the truth behind anything I come across and argue till I was satisfied with the explanation provided and also I had a curiosity to know the corporate culture which led me choose this course as it has a mix of both. SNU - A bizzare

Course Curriculum Overview:

Law opens the door to several job prospects and my dream as a child to be a part of the judiciary has influenced me to choose the course. The curriculum prepares definitely prepares me for higher legal studies and have a strong foundation in legal knowledge. SNU needs to improve the quality of faculty they have and there's a long way to improvement. End semester exams are held over a period of every 4-5 months, they conduct MSA in between each semester. The set the papers really tough.

My college life

I apply for other colleges also as I didn't get much facilities there like comprehensive studying library, canteens facilities, etc. I don't get rejection from the other colleges that I have applied the reasons behind not choosing those is the facilities that I didn't found . The admission process was online; we needed to fill out our details through portals, and there was a specific verification date when we called regarding the verification of our application. After that, if everything was okay, then our admission was confirmed. Then, after a few months, standalone admission was introduced in my college, which helped many students get their pending admission.
