College review of Amrita as an AI student .

The curriculum is focused on machine learning and artificial inteligence . The cource is based on to promote a Skill full enginear . The exams are pretty much hard but the fact that there are exams every week and we have end semester reviews and project to do , which is very stressfull

The college has various intenrnships programs for the students to get into a good company for job . There are many top MNC companies which take part in the campus interview . They offer an average package of 9.5lpa and the record highest of 56lpa . The placements for CSE ,AI and AIDS are pretty much same the all come under the same computer science placement programs . The placemnts are much offered to students who have a cgpa range above 7. The students with behavioral defaults are not much considered in the campus placement programs .

The placements they provide in the campus is pretty much good . They take motivational speeches and promote students to enhance their knowledge aswell as communication skills to get placed with a nice package. The campus provides their best placements when the average cgpa of the student is greater than 7

The category to which i joined to the course is non scholarship program so the annual tution fees is 600000, The fees structure keeps on varrying every year . My seniors have a fee structure which is comparetivel less. There are category benifits based on their AEEE exam rank and score . Various departments are there with a fee range of 150000 but the managment charges huge fee range for computer science branch .

The campus is very much charming . You get to interact with many varities of people belonging to different states across the country . You could even see foreign residents studying in the campus.The campus hase many cultural events and sports events for the students to socialise and make a good communication skill.

The hostell facilities are pretty much good , the rooms are neat and well furnished . The hostell wardens are pretty much strict and they often come for raids . The hostel facility is pretty much cheap compared to other private universities . The food they provide in the mess is not good .

This college has great placement facilities . The courses and the programs they offer you to enhance your knowledge is interesting which made me choose this college over other universities . The admission process is pretty much simple it is based on the marks you had scored in ur boards in 12th and the AEEE exam score . If you opt to not attend AEEE exam then you will have to come under non scholarship program .

The students here for each cource is massive . The department of AI has a strength of 550 + students . The ratio of faculty will be around 1:20 . The marking scheme for AI department is based on projects ,viva and the assignments you submit . There are two sems for an year . the department of Ai does not have mid exams but they do have weekly testes and vivas .

There are nothing much to do in the campus towards night . As a fresher there are restrictions for entry of hostell . The entry time to hostell is 9.00pm and from the very next year the entry time is 10:00pm .There is a mini night canteen in the boys hostell as well as the girls hostell .
