Course Curriculum Overview
The management needs to be improved but overall the college is really good for bcom course it has mba also which conducts classes in monirba branch. The timings of exams are good when it was on yearly basis but now as It is on semester basis it's really pathetic. You will have to give exams every months.
Internships Opportunities
TCS,other local companies have offered paid and non paid internship and some of the students have also joined it. There are some basic works like helping in some works data entry this type of internship is provided.
Placement Experience
From 5th semester campus placement starts. TCS and ICICI Bank have visited our campus. TCS has offered package of 2 Lpa. Very less students gets placed in the campus placements. I had choosed to do master's and I'm currently pursuing it.
Fees and Financial Aid
When I got admission I had paid less than 1000 per year. Now the fees has got an hike and it is near about 5000. You get various reservation benefits also, scholarship from state and central government. The SC St category will get benefit in marks and while applying for hostel there cutoffs will be low as compared to general category. They get various financial aids from university like merit cum basis scholarship also.
Campus Life
There will be one function that is fresher's party/farewell which will not be organised by institution it's on students. There's a central Library and a faculty Library having variety of books and journal to read and lend for reading. Sport and other activities are conducted by the university as there's Nss and Ncc camps which are Being organised. Various clubs gardening musical theatre are available.
Admission
I had got admission in Bhu side faculty and Allahabad university but I had chooses allahabad university because of its good will The admission process is really easy just give cuet ug exam and apply for the college.you can get admission easily in allahabad university side colleges if your score is low.
Faculty
The student in number are more than 700 but only few around 100-150 attended classes regularly,infact some of them only comes to college if there's some necessary official works. But the student to faculty ratio is really good there are various Jrf teacher who will guide you with every aspect. The exam is tough as compared to other colleges sometime there's 50-50 paasing and failing ratio of student.
Night Life
There's no gym in the college but a Library is there. Hotels are just awesome as there is good hostels life and experience,I think everyone should experience the living of hostels in allahabad university as renowned persons have lived there. There is various cafes and a college canteen. Bargad lawn is famous among students of university for chilling out.
